Had to wait for table but not long. Took longer for food to come out. Eggs were not cooked as ordered. Food was delicious, hot and plenty of it for a fair price. A favorite of ours.
We had a party of 21 people. We called in advance and told them a time frame and they were okay with it. When we arrived we had to wait 30 minutes outside in 100 degree weather with little kids. It wasn't much fun.When we finally sat down, we waited about 20 minutes for someone to take our drink order. By then we already knew what we wanted so we just ordered food also. The waitress was very attentive after that with refilling drinks and checking in on us.The food didn't come out all at once. 1/3 of our party got the food. Then another 1/3 got food 10 to 12 minutes later. Then the last 1/3 got food ten minutes later. It made it awkward as one portion of our group was done eating while the others had just started.I'm sure this IHop is great with smaller parties but they definitely need work with larger parties. I know 21 people is a lot but 1/3 of us waiting 20 minutes after the first 1/3 got food honestly sucked.
When myself and the family went, there was one waitress for the entire restaurant. Poor management, but that lady was incredible! She kept 16-20 tables happy! Food was on par with other ihops
The customer service was good. I don't like to complain about my food as I know you work hard. I don't love a cold omelet and to my imagination cannot figure out how it came out cold.

Clean, and friendly. Good food and good staff. Menu is lively, full of choices. Ok for two dining in or bring a car full. Lots of seating choices. The Iced Tea is cold and sweet. The pancakes are hot and fluffy. Bring your Momma! Prices are very good. Right down the middle. Enjoy!
They only had 3 servers working so the wait was long. Our server was outstanding and the good came out fast. The pancakes were very good as usual.
We've been to this location several times and the service and food have been great. Our visit on 3/11 at 7pm was less than mediocre. Safae(?) was our server. Ordered ice tea with lemon and she decided to bring me sweet tea, which I found out AFTER adding sweetener. Kids ordered hot chocolate and finished before food arrived- those 3 cups were still in edge of table when we left, she never cleared them. A burger was ordered without cheese, she placed the order as a cheeseburger. She would refill one drink and not the others. Her overall demeanor/attitude on our visit tonight will have us going to a different location. The restaurant was not busy at all so there was no reason for her behavior.
The food was bland and the pancakes was overcooked The wait staff was awesome the management was awesome the store was clean the bathrooms were clean, The entrance to getting in-and-out with traffic was not bad, if you are Traveling southbound on 6 Heading North on 6 you have to loop around and drive all the way back that's a little heavy with off Bound traffic getting off of of 6. Just stay rightOr just stay on north 6 to Bryan IHOP off of north 6. Food is different
At other two IHOP’s in B/CS the food is marginal at best at the service is TERRIBLE! At this particular IHOP the food is always good and the service is very good.
