I work overnights in a restaurant.. came here for some new York cheese cake pancakes right after work and it was so refreshing! Shawn was our server.. many of u know him. He made it the most relaxing experience ever. Nothing but laughter. He is the REALEST server you will ever get. He made sure everything was great and the food was so good I forgot I even came for just the pancakes!! Great job Shawn that place would be nothing without you.
Tried to eat here today and it was a big disappointment. Half the tables were empty but it took an hour for us to be called. When we did get called we waited inside and were told we’d be seated shortly. One of the waitresses was yelling at the female cooks and saying she wouldn’t help the kitchen because she was accused of being racist. She made a huge scene. She said we couldn’t be seated because she was busy putting together to-go orders. We watched this go on for about ten more minutes and finally left. Staffing is likely and issue and it might be because of toxic employees.
My 5 star rating is for the AMAZING customer care I received from the elderly gentleman (Shawn?). I showed up to this IHOP at 5:15 am because it’s Ramadan and I needed to eat to start my 14 hour fast before 6am. On this day they must’ve been short-staffed there was a sign on the door that said today we open at 6 am. I walked in anyway just to make sure and (Shawn?) was the only one there setting up. I told him about my fast and he said grab a seat anywhere I’ll make you whatever you want. He made me an amazing veggie omelette and 3 stack pancakes and a fresh cup of coffee. All while trying to setup shop, answer phone calls and try to explain his dilemma to other customers walking in. I will never forget the kind gesture from this kind soul.
I put a online curbside order in and I get there and park next to curbside because other cars were parked in curbside but they were inside eating then I sat there for 20 min. Waiting on my food so I called them and lady that answered phone said there was no curbside and I would have to go in so I hang up phone then I called back to cancel order and lady I spoke with then told me they did have curbside so she brought my order to me and mind you it had been thirty minutes by that time so I get home open up food and it is not correct so all I got was a order that was cold and wrong and I paid $54.00 dollars for this feeling very aggravated...
Took forever to get seated even though there was 7 open tables. Then it took 30 minutes to get our order once they finally took it. Food was cold when we finally got it. I sent it back. They finally got it to me. It was at least warm then.
We ordered some food through the phone for about 4 people and we were told about 30-45 minutes for the wait for the food. We got there 45 minutes after we called and we still had to wait about 20 more minutes for our food. They forgot to give us a splashberry drink that we ordered and I also ordered the mexican tres leches and they made the cheapest try of putting the smallest drizzle of whatever they put on the pancakes and they were just normal pancakes. I couldn’t even put maple syrup on it because they only gave us 3 packets for 4 people and one of us got left out without any. Poor service for delivery this time. Last time we ordered it was no where close to as bad as it was this time.
Food is usually good. Also depends on the cook, worse when busy. Waiters can be slow. We had a waiter ask us to clean up the table before leaving (stack the plates, silverware & trash !??). Other location larger, but same issues as above.

The food was absolutely disgusting and 32.00 later all the food remained on the plate and we told the waitress and she didnt offer to make it right. The tables were dirty food was on the seats and such. It was just a real waste of money and time.
awesome restaurant! had the most friendliest waiter, he would talk to us and get to know us while we waited for our food. I would definitely come back here for the food and him.
