What a great concept, a burger joint to eat and relax it while your laudry is going in the rear of the building. They even have a light board to let you know when your clothes are done. The restaurant side provides a cool upbeat burger joint feel, with some '90s-2010's music and sever TVs. The wait staff are very engaging and the burgers were great. They also have an excellent beer selection. Highly recommend.
As everyone says, "It's a great place to grab a beer or burger while you're doing laundry, but..."We stopped in because Washbangers food was on the Texas Bucket list in 2014.My wife and I decided to split a patty melt and onion rings. The rye bread was great, but the patty was tiny and flavorless. The onions were thrown on and the onion rings were crazy bland. The burgers looked better in 2014. Maybe they are still recovering from the pandemic. Maybe it's a great place for a beer while washing your clothes. But I wouldn't recommend the patty melt or onion rings for a price bump.Hook a laundromat to a burger and hot dog joint and you have Washbanger's. Sadly, I can only recommend the laundromat.
Had a quick and delicious dinner with my husband here tonight! (Saturday night, moderately busy.) Clean, bright inviting atmosphere, good food and most notable, the best customer service from the staff member that waited on us, Ben. I’ve been in customer/service industry service for a long time and it’s been a while since I’ve personally had such a friendly, upbeat, just over all great attitude.. Not over bearing, or over the top, just naturally friendly, attentive and genuine. My night was made brighter by observing his work ethic on the this occasion. That’s a valuable team member right there!
Burgers were dry and not very good. Price is too high compared to how much food you get.Food quality is also questionable, fries taste like they were microwaved, and the queso has a bitter aftertaste while also costing too much.I'd rather go to McDonalds or Whataburger
Be new to College Station we’re trying different restaurants. This restaurant is definitely different. It’s a restaurant and a laundromat combined. If you want to do a wash you can eat food while you’re waiting for your clothes. We weren’t doing laundry, but we enjoyed the food. Mostly burgers and hot dogs with a few other things. But they are unique. I had a cream cheese jalapeño hamburger. It was actually very good. The bun was soft and sweet.
The burgers were overall decent, but the service had much to be desired. After taking our order, we were never checked on and we watched our food sit on the counter for 15 minutes. By the time the burger and fries got to us, the fries were quite cold and the burgers were only slightly warm. There was no apology by the waitress for the cold food. I understand that the food service business is quite difficult, but would have liked to recieve warm food for the price of the burgers.
Love this place...I can do laundry and eat and drink too. There are plenty of machines and it's kept very clean!
I had no idea what to expect as I hadn't been to one before. It's a great idea to do your laundry while eating.Our waitress was awesome.The food was alright, but what made it amazing were the buns. I know that sounds funny, but the hot dog bun and the hamburger bun we had were phenomenal. I even told my husband we should order a bag of these for summer BBQ. Top Notch.I gave it a 4 star because there was alot of distraction: TV, smell of laundry, lots of talking, and things going on. I just want expecting that and I also don't expect them to change it. It is a part of their ambience so just make sure you know that ahead of time.
Service was great, and the laundry facilities are clean.Food quality seems to be lacking for the price. I remember the burgers here being juicier and not shorted on ingredients.
