Good coffee and chill vibes. They have a coffee flight which is delicious and a nice way to try many flavors if you like iced coffee as much as I do. My go-to is the iced vanilla cinnamon but the starry night is good as well. Their caprese croissant is good if a little plain. Staff are usually very friendly. Overall, a nice place to study or chill with a refreshing beverage.
I ordered a cappuccino here today and I really enjoyed it, however the barista behind the counter was oddly vocal about how unhappy she was working there and she made no effort to be quiet about it. I was sitting at the table relatively near by the register and she proceeded to tell every customer how displeased she was with her coworkers at Gogh Gogh and how annoyed she was about how busy the coffee shop was getting. Everyone near the front of the shop could hear. After sitting and studying here at the coffee shop for a couple hours I probably heard her complain about the same thing well over 20 times.
I have always loved Gogh Gogh coffee and the experience that it offers, but unfortunately the barista was complaining the entire time about a "co-worker" and about how that co-worker does not do anything. It was pretty hard to study and focus with the amount of complaining that was occurring. I get working with others can be hard, but I still think it is important to remain professional in some respect to your customers.
This location is just blah to me. The one on 6 is way way better. The barista today had a serious attitude. I couldn’t believe how rude she was. It really put a bad taste in my mouth. Definitely won’t be returning to this location. Treat your paying customers with more respect and they’ll return.
The space is good for studying, and the staff is kind and helpful. However, the food and beverages are not the top in the area.
Love that they had a lot of sugar free syrup options! And my daughter loved their pretzel and pink lemonade
Great coffee with fun names that pay tribute to the artist.
One of the better coffee shops in town, and now, with two locations, you get two different vibes. The price and quality beats Sb ALL DAY LONG! It's well worth the drive if you want/NEED a nice coffee product or a place to sit and talk or study.
great service, toooons of seating, good cleaning procedures. i got a lavender latte for about $5
Got an Iced Latte in the morning during the work week. The barista seemed like she was not in the mood to be there, but the coffee was nice. The shot was pulled well, not too much milk, not too much ice. I usually leave reviews after at least 2 visits, but the coffee was nice enough that I was confident that it's consistent throughout the week. I'd like to try an americano or their drip coffee next time since they're my baseline for reviewing coffee shops. They have a small selection of muffins and other pastries, but not as much as some other shops in town. The atmosphere is just okay. Sweet Eugene's much comfier due to furniture and more fun to hang out with others, but the coffee is good and the tables are clean.
