The only reason this isn’t a one star is because the food was awesome and the staff were kind. There are some basic things that you expect when you go to a restaurant. One of them is a clean environment and the other is drinkable water. This Fuzzy’s had neither. Won’t be back to this location. The toilet seats were broken, tables had not been wiped down and were very sticky. It was not a pleasant experience.
The tacos were good enough, but the cleanliness of this place is disgusting. We visited on a Sunday morning and the floor was sticky like someone had spilled soda all over it. One of the employees was eating at the service counter, licking his fingers while preparing food. The guy who took our order was unfriendly and didn't greet us. There are a lot of other options in town for good tacos. We're skipping Fuzzy's from here on out.
Disappointed. We were in town for a playoff softball game. The game ended at 9:15 & after we headed to Fuzzy’s. We looked online and it said they closed at 11:00. We walked in (a party of 10) and were informed that the manager that was closing that night “wanted to get them out of here as soon as possible”, so they were only doing to-go orders. We questioned what time they closed & he said 10:00. Regardless, we were there way before 10:00. Horribly run business. Will not recommend to anyone.
I have now been here 4 times and will no longer be going back. Each order I have placed has been for a family meal. After the second time our order was wrong we were told our next meal would be free but they apparently lost the note making that essentially a lie.Our orders have been incomplete. In total we were shorted 2 orders of family quantity of tortillas, 1 portion of beef, 1 portion of shrimp, 2 sides of guacamole, and somehow chips. We enjoy Fuzzys as a chain and have never had these issues outside of this location.
Food wasn't hot at all. And my shrimp were old, as they were rubbery. Had to ask for cheese that was included in my dish. Food runner told the cook I was asking for extra cheese. Twice. No, I was only asking for what I paid for. Sopapilla serving was laughable for what you pay. But hey, at least THOSE were freshly cooked. ?
The bartenders weren't knowledgeable about anything beyond basic frat house mixes; I ordered beef fajitas on corn, and the kitchen couldn't be bothered with warming my corn tortillas. What happens with a cold corn tortilla? It crumbles and breaks. Seems like the staff hasn't learned that good service brings good customers which brings better pay.

I used to come here 2-3 times a week. Food was amazing. They got new owners, and after the guy running it left…my tacos hardly have any meat on them anymore. I have given them several more chances thinking it was just an off day, but clearly the cooks have been advised to now skimp on meat. This was convenient to my work location so I’m disappointed and won’t continue to give my business. I’d rather pay a little extra and get protein in my tacos than have to be disappointed and spend the rest of my work day hungry.
