rolling ice cream taste different, not super creamy but very smooth. good amount of choice, fruity flavors are very good.
Walked in with hope in our hearts and a need for desert. Ordered our ice cream + toppings. Then...we looked down. Filthy floors, cockroach dying under a table and similar state in the bathrooms. And that's what they let you see. Despite this, we tried the ice cream. Lactose free ice cream might be great, in theory. Unfortunately, while the strange icy substance had perhaps once considered the concept of chocolate, it had only gotten as far as the color. Perhaps lactose is where the flavor is stored?The best part was the store bought toppings and the presentation. Unfortunately, no matter how beautifully rolled the ice was, or how perfectly cut the cubes of cookie dough were...there was no erasing the twitching cockroach or the moment my shoe stuck to the floor and almost came off. Do better college station.
Very delicious ice cream! I'd give them a 5-star rating if the floor/store was cleaner (a big deal roach on the floor) and if there wasn't an automatic tip on my bill even when I used the kiosk to order.
Freezing Cow Rolling Ice Cream was great. I went with the coconut milk because, you know, it’s healthier. ;) If you haven’t been to a Thai ice cream place like this, it’s time. Freezing Cow has a great variety of toppings and flavors. Next time I’m in College Station, I know where I’m going!
this company should be ASHAMED OF ITSELF. i went in there and not only did they have a tip jar but also tips from the card machine. i asked one of the TEENAGERS that worked there if they made money from these tips and they said not from the jar OR THE MACHINE. the owner "uses it for business expenses" THATS ILLEGAL BUDDY SO YOU BETTER HOPE YOU START GIVING YOUR WORKERS TIPS OR ELSE YOU WILL BE REPORTED.

First time trying rolled ice cream. I enjoyed it! Rich strawberry ice cream with bobba. Everything was fresh. I’d come back again
Ok so first this place is dirty. And the soap dispenser is broken like someone punched it. But that’s not why I’m upset.I asked for strawberry and cheese cake treat but was served banana instead. When I told them they just took out the banana with a spoon and added strawberries. So when I got my ice cream it wasn’t rolled up and pretty. It was all picked through with a spoon. Like someone else had already started eating it! I wanted it rolled that’s why I came here. I wish I could have tried the ice cream that I paid for but I’m allergic to bananas so I couldn’t. But I still had to pay for that ugly ice cream that I couldn’t even eat because they didn’t remake it. I came here about a year ago and it was wayyy better. I don’t know what happened to this place. Long story short dont go here unless you like wasting money and time. Especially if you have allergies!!! I’m glad I was watching him!
I was a little skeptical before I tried this place but I am here to tell you it is AMAZING! I was pleasantly surprised! You won’t be disappointed!
