I'm going to skip this location for a while. Online orders have been missed the past 3 visits. Once you check the online pickup station they start to make your burrito. Might as well just go through the normal line and make sure everything is right at that point.This time they forgot the chicken in the burrito. It's been a steady decline at this location. With all the new places in town I'd pass on this Freebirds until things turn around.
The new "steam" grill is awful. Chipotle is now the better "burrito" shop.Please bring back the flavor.
It's been years since I've had Freebirds because I no longer work close to one, but it was just as good as I remember. I'll have to make it a point to drive a bit for a great burrito more often! Thanks for a great dinner.
Good Burritos and super friendly staff, also fast at making burritos and doesn't skimp on ingredients
I ordered online for delivery and the delivery company (not freebirds) picked up my order and lost it. No text, no anything. I went into the restaurant 2 hours later to see what had happened and the manager heard me out, comped my meal, and threw in a large drink and a cookie. I highly recommend this location.
Good service, good food. Would recommend almost everyone to at least try it.

pros: the bowl looked and tasted surprisingly wonderful! the portion size is also decent. the sauce and ingredient options were great.cons: the staff were yelling; some wore masks while others did not. online order for “asap” took much longer than walk-in orders.
I had a great experience! I was trying my best to order off the allergen menu and explained I needed to eat gluten and dairy free to avoid getting sick. They were so patient and everyone changed gloves before touching my bowl. Tasted great and so far not sick ?
