We ordered fish and chips by phone and picked up our lunch at the precise time we were told to. The food was stone cold when the waitress brought it out to us. Wouldn't recommend take out from this establishment.
We moved to College Station about two months ago and have been trying lots of restaurants in that time. Probably about five a week. This was our first time at Fish Daddy and I can instantly say it will become one of our favorites. So many good looking things on the menu. My wife had the Baked Spaghetti Squash and I had the Cajun Penne Pasta. They were both excellent!. We topped it off with the bread pudding for dessert which was also very good.
My wife and I wanted to have a late light lunch after touring the Bush Museum and searched for a seafood restaurant. Fish Daddy was recommended by Trip Advisor and we were not disappointed. The open restaurant is nicely appointed and our server was engaging and efficient. We started by sharing a starter course of fried green tomatoes followed by each choosing the Fish & Chips entrée. Each course was tasty and basically met our expectations, but did not exceed them. The fish was crispy and flakey and enhanced with the malt vinegar. A good experience and we'd go back again to try other offerings. FISH & CHIPS beer batter & flour dipped crispy atlantic cod, coleslaw and fries

Pasta is too big probably need to share with others!
Probably the best option for seafood in the B/CS area. The menu is large and varied enough to give everyone an option, even if they don’t like seafood. Our family comes here often for celebrations or Friday night dinners.
This is an extremely well managed restaurant! A friend who joined us had special dietary needs, and the manager went out of her way to make sure they were met perfectly! The service was awesome! All of our entrees were cooked perfectly. Our friend loved his red fish! My salmon salad was fresh & delicious! Others enjoyed the fish tacos, Cajun pasta, and afalacha. Everything was wonderful! We will be back next time we visit College Station.
Fresh seafood prepared simply was very good. Exception: the spicy shrimp cocktail was a sludge of sweetness better sold as a dessert. Server was attentive. Atmosphere was barn-like and freezing.
Very good service as well as delicious food. Wide variety on the menu in case fish isn't your bag. Very yummy! Will go again!
This was our second visit to Fish Daddy’s. First was before the Pandemic. This place was better than before. A massive menu, interesting drinks and fabulous food! Ask for the off menu specials too. A large amount of food for the buck. I had Fried Catfish, and it was excellent! They brought a plate with 5 fillets for the same price others charge for 3!(I ended up taking 2 home). My Wife’s Shrimp were some of the best she has ever eaten. Good service from our waiter. We will be back on our next trip to Aggieland!
It's okay. They were finicky on protein substitutions and the service was very slow despite restaurant being nearly empty. Salad was OK. Fish and chips were very small, eh.
