I was craving for some pasta so when I looked up pasta places in College Station, Fazoli's showed up. Jordan mentioned he ate there a long time ago, so we decided to order there because his description was, "A cheaper Olive Garden." The prices were definitely right! We made an online order for a Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, Small Spaghetti with Meat Sauce, and a Whole Pepperoni Pizza. We also then ordered a Strawberry New York Cheesecake while we were there. I am a big fan of Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo—I'd order Alfredo-anything when we visit pasta places. However, the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo was a bit of a disappointment. The noodles were bigger than normal and the texture was different—overcooked, possibly? The chicken was also overcooked. I didn't even finish my portion, which would typically be so easy for me. The Small Spaghetti with Meat Sauce, on the other hand, was quite delicious. It tasted and looked like how it should. The pizza was very different. I didn't really enjoy it because it was a bit too greasy for my taste. Heating up leftover pizzas still wasn't great either. As for the service, we came there thinking we'd have to pick up in-store, but the doors were locked so we had to go through drive-thru. It would be nice to have a little note when ordering online about closing the restaurant at x time but the drive-thru will still be open. The little interaction we had with the staff member at the window was decent—he was nice and quite generous.Overall, if I'm ever in College Station during the week, I would visit on one of their promotion days if they're still available. Otherwise, I will probably not.
Came across this sign today at Fazolis. I have always enjoyed this restaurant for the service and the food has always been great for the price that you pay. Always tasty, affordable and and good size portions. Today just seemed not normal for this place. They had a sign ar the counter as a station for pepper flakes and grated cheese. The justification given was that people are stealing them and well why not screw the other customers that dont steal. Keep in mind that your food gets brought to the table, then you must take your very hot plate might I add, and take to counter add your condiments and return. Not well executed. What if it's for kids. This is an unnecessary inconvenience. Management needs to rethink this. I asked the cashier to allow me to bring the two bottles to the table. She said no, that's why there is a sign. Really???. The value of the customer is really put on display here. This is my opinion of course but, honestly I do believe the customer should not be the one to pay for the actions of others.
The specials are gone.Owner talking about them online less than a month ago. The lady said that they haven’t had any deals since Covid. The food is not worth it for what you pay. And their food is affordable it’s just not good unfortunately. I could deal with it when the food was cheaper but not now.
SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I work right around the corner so we VERY frequently eat here because we do like the food but due to the service our entire work center is about to not go at all anymore. They ignore you when you first walk in to order. They act like they are having to go way out of their way to place your order like you are a nuisance. They huff and puff at you if you ask for a Togo box. I honestly believe that this is a management problem. It's not a single employee it is almost ALL of them. This implies to me that either management needs to be dealt with or new training protocols implemented. This is not the fault of a singular bad employee but a bad establishment which usually starts at the top. Such a shame to waste such good food because of lack of service. I have never complained before but today was the day. We waited for 10 minutes before someone even ACKNOWLEDGED we were there even though they were standing right in front of us. Turns out the card machine was broken so we asked if we should go somewhere else and we're very rudely told we should definitely do that. Then they told our coworker in the drive through that her card fried the system (it's fine she used it right after that somewhere else). When my coworker asked if they wanted the diet coke back since her card didn't read they told her I can't take it back and slammed the drive through window in her face. Just absolutely unacceptable behavior.
A good place to go for fast food Italian. The food quality is about what you'd expect from fast food. I was disappointed with the music selection, since it used to be Italian music. But, the employees were friendly, the food was hot, and it tasted alright ??♂️
Second time coming here and i am in love. I love pasta and i promise they have the best pasta and pizza. ?They have reasonable prices as well.
I have never been more disrespected by a restaurant in my 46 years of being on this earth. And it was by the "manager" PATRICIA no less. With management like this it is no wonder why Fazolis tend to close all over. It is too bad because I drove 45 miles out of the way just to eat here becuase Fazolis use to be a family favorite. I was then refused service by PATRICIA on my second order becuase of her poor customer service. SHE wanted to argue with me in front of the whole restaurant and my kids about the definition of what "a couple" means. I mean seriously?
First time coming to this Restaurant in College Station Tx. Absolutely did a great job on my order and we dine in. Me and my mother loved Fazolis
Good food, friendly staff. Michael was great, and so was Azeon (sorry if I screwed up that spelling!). Very tasty!
I arrived tonight at 22:29 and the open sign was on and the recording came on saying someone would be with me in a moment. 5 mins later with no service i pulled up to the window and sat there for a minute or two then drive around parked and went up to the door. The sign said lobby was closed but the drive thru was open till 11 so i drove back up to the order box and again heard the recording and no help so i called the store and someone answered and said sorry we are closed. So i drove up to the window and this time a man came to the window and said they were closed when i asked what time they closed saying that they closed early because they were dead the last hour and that is what the owner told them to do. So now after wasting 20 mins i have to call my wife who is a nurse and works overnights and tell her to pick somewhere else. Now i will be late bringing her food on her lunch break. Why advertise open to 11 if you close early? And why not turn off the open sign, turn off the recording and/or at least answer the speaker box and say that your closed. The food is marginal at best and now with this treatment i will be hard pressed to eat at this location again
