How dare this branch not have working air conditioning for their employees. I don’t know if they are aware it’s 103 freaking degrees outside and they are making the staff work with no cold air and the customers have to suffer too. It’s just not right. This branch has had issues since they first opened but this tops them all. The employees look absolutely drained. Is it possible to get heat stroke while inside? Idk corporate, why don’t you ask your employees. I plan on calling corporate and letting them know how these workers are being treated so they are aware of how bad they are looking right now to college station. SHAME ON YOU.
You all think you're slick! So, I ordered in store for the first time today, I normally always order on the app. I order the same drink every single time and I noticed there was difference in price. I calculated it and it's cheaper in store than it is on the app. My only assumption is because of the "free" beverage, which after doing the math, isn't free at all. By the time you've ordered enough to get the "free" beverage, you've paid enough with the difference to buy a whole beverage. Example, my drink on the app costs 3.56 but in store without the "points" it's 3.13. that's a 0.43 cents difference. It takes 7 coffee purchases to get a "free" beverage but by then I've already paid 3.01 more on the app than I would have if I paid in the store. You sneaky little shïts! I'm on to you! I can't believe I've been falling for this for years! Well played.
The girls working there tonight 4/2/2022 got every aspect of my order wrong. This bagel was so hard it was literally inedible and so was the bacon. As you can tell by the picture, it’s literally hollow. They rang me up wrong multiple times and when I brought it to their attention, they just stared and blamed it on me. The quality control is so disappointing. I regret my choice to stray away from Starbucks tonight, but I won’t make that mistake again.
This worker (apparently called mark) would not stop flirting with me despite me saying that I was a minor. Not only that, but he was yelling slurs at his co workers and generally being disrespectful and lazy. He was insulting one other co worker to me (apparently called Taylor) and kept on telling me about how drunk he was and how “he couldn’t deal with this bitch” because he was hungover. And (not exaggerating) I could smell him. He was absolutely disgusting. Finally, he pulled out a pocket knife in front of me and it made me EXTREMELY uncomfortable. If he is working, turn right around and walk out. I wouldn’t be surprised if he flirts with all young girls. Be careful.
REALLY wanted this place to redeem themselves after two really aweful visits, third time definitely NOT being “charming”.First, all three visits they’re out of hash browns.Tried the avocado toast the first visit and it’s essentially watered down guacamole with little chunks of something unidentifiable in it. The toast isn’t “toasted” it’s simply stale.2nd visit was the sausage egg and cheese croissant which tasted great once I got the correct order minus the hash browns which they never have.Figured I’d try and give ‘em another shot since the croissant was good and this time, SURPRISE, no hash browns, croissant is burnt and crumbles into a bunch of messy inedible flakes, egg was burnt, no napkins, sausage tasted freezer burnt.Seriously Dunkin, get it together. Bleh
I do not understand how this is such a beloved chain. Their donuts are awful. They are dry with almost no flavoring. Their coffee is also quite bitter. It’s like they took the already burnt flavor of Starbucks and burned it some more. The only saving grace on the menu is the sourdough breakfast sandwich, and even that is only okay.
Been here three times now at various points. Hoping it was just bad service the one time.But after 3 times I see that this dunkin is just that poor in service.Don't go through the drive thru. They will mess up your order. All 3 times they've messed up a simple donut count and missed donuts. And substituted the blueberry donuts I ordred for regular glazed ones without.
This location gets your coffee wrong every. Single. Time. Not even joking. Just left, got a medium americano with 2 cream 1 Splenda and they forgot the cream. Also, why does 2 creams in my coffee look like I’m drinking straight up milk? The color should still resemble coffee a little bit but what do I know. So gross, I pay for coffee not milk.The Dunkin Donuts on the east coast like in NJ are top notch. This place is a disgrace.
It's a shame that you order chocolate cream filled and you only get 1 bite of filling. The white cream filled didn't have any filling. I bought the same thing from a Dunkin' in Houston and they were full of filling. I got tired of buying chocolate filled from Shipley Do-nuts and they being 1 or 2 day old Do-nuts. So disappointed in our local big chain donut shops!!!
Good Donuts . Fresh and good service. Love that it has a drive thru.
