Order a pizza around midnight , Sunday morning. The online tracking page said the pizza came out of the oven at 12:24 am. The pizza sat in its box in the store until it left the store for delivery over an hour later. When it arrived, it wasn’t hot, it wasnt warm…it was COLD. According to the driver it sat there because they didn’t have any other delivery drivers . Delivery driver was nice enough and failure to arrive timely was not his fault. The manager should never let a pizza that has been sitting there for over an hour leave the store. I fled a complaint and I am curious to see how they respond, if at all. l will report back here if they ignore me or if they make some effort to apologize for the poor customer service. All I know, is that this is the last time I will order a pizza so that I can Throw it away when I get it. If I don’t get some assurances there’ won’t be a next time, I’ll just order from Gumby’s .
I can count less than 10 chunks of feta cheese on my pizza....I hate paying for toppings and barely getting anything.
I ordered from here on Super Bowl evening, arguably one of the busiest days for pizza places. I felt like the wait was reasonable, the staff was really sweet, and my pizza was amazingly cheesy and delicious (like seriously, the amount of cheese they gave made my family and I super excited). For such a positive experience on one of the busiest weekends during this part of the year, I can't say enough good things about this location! You guys are great!
I can understand that the industry is bad right now, but that should not be an excuse as to why Domino’s driver did not call to get directions or let us know that our pizza has been delivered to the wrong place. We placed an order around 9AM for delivery for a business meeting, to which we were told we would have our pizza about 5:15PM. We gave them the benefit of the doubt. Fast forward to 5:45, no pizza. Called domino’s, I think his name was Mitch, answered the phone. My coworker was given the options to resend or refund, of course we wanted it refunded. At that point, my coworker was asking why the driver did not call or notify anyone and Mitch decided that a non-friendly attitude was a good choice for this business… he ended up hanging up on my coworker as she was still talking. Very rude and need some serious practice with customer service. That was unacceptable. Don’t get an attitude for YOUR mistake. Would not recommend this location.
Found hair in pizza. Emailed support to complain and they called and apologized and said next pizza would be free but that never happened.
Super understaffed…. I called 4 times stayed on the phone for 10 min each novody answered. I am in the store rn. The phone have been ringing for straight 20 min and nobody cared to pick the phone up coz they are sooo understaffed.. the people who work their are nice but super understaffed… i feel sorry for them
Order was placed 1 hr 30 mins ago and pizza is still not here. Phone number directs to answering machine so no way to resolve issue. Strongly recommend Ordering from any other place.
I ordered my pizza an hour before closing time and didn’t get it, when I went to call about it the guy hung up on me right after picking up the phone saying it had closed when it was 15 mins before the time listed online

Ordered wings last night and they were the most disgusting excuse for wings that I’ve ever seen they were not cooked right they were soggy and now I’m dealing with BG (bubble guts) since last night do not order here ???? if I could give it a negative rating I would…!!!
