The staff is always super friendly and attentive. Had the best salad. Strawberry walnut with Salmon is so delicious! Very filling! Vinaigrette was amazing!
This review is in regards to their customer service and handling of their mistake. I ordered from Cotton Patch via phone call for a meal that needed to be delivered by a specific time. I tried to do it online but did not have the option to order for a scheduled delivery. I called the restaurant to find out my options. The person who answered was friendly and helpful and assured me I could order and get the food on time. I explained the importance of the timeliness of the delivery, as it had to do with work. Online it looked like Cotton Patch did the delivery themselves. The employee did not tell me otherwise, just reminding me of the flat delivery fee. I gave her the address at least twice. By 5 PM when my client arrived, the food had not. I had a 4 PM client so I could not check my phone. When I did at 5 it was from Door Dash saying my food had been delivered. It was not. It was delivered to the wrong address on the other side of town, a round trip of 30 minutes at the minimum. I only had an hour for my session. I called Cotton Patch and they blamed Door Dash. I called Door Dash who informed me that they get the address from Cotton Patch. They then transferred me over to Cotton Patch who said they’d reimburse me. They never did. I wish I could explain more, how pertinent all of this was and why, but I cannot, but it was so important and I was so satisfied with the phone call when I ordered the food that I have no idea how it went wrong and how they did not fix it. I love their food but out of principle I cannot go there again.
Kayla was an Amazing server!! We so appreciate her attentiveness to detail, her professionalism, & her pleasant personality!! She is a gem!The brisket queso, chicken fried chicken & vegetable plate were all delicious …We will definitely return again to the Cotton Patch Cafe in College Station!!
We got our food quick and everything tasted great! Our server Cynthia was friendly and very helpful. Our favorite was the sweet potato fries!
Just moved to College Station and checked out this restaurant tonight. Everybody was super friendly. Our waiter Zack was so nice, and the manager, Robert, Knew this was our first visit and came over to our table several times to see how we were doing. The food lived up to the billing. It was extremely fresh, and tasted great! We’ll definitely make this a regular.
Entire family got sick from eating here a few days ago. One person had to send there food back. Used to love this place it's not the same anymore. Be careful
Very delicious spot. The chicken and dumpling soup was pretty good (maybe from a can?), but the strawberry pecan salad was excellent and their homemade ranch was perfect with it. The staff were very friendly and I love how y'all decorated! I'll be back to try something else from your menu!
I think we've now visited this place three times. Kills me a bit because we have one that's probably 5 mi down the street from us in Fort Worth. Would have liked to visit somewhere that was more 'unique' to College Station, but you just can't beat the fact that you get impeccable service here every time you come. Servers are always nice, food is always on point, no issues in three visits to this restaurant. Because of this, we will more than likely continue to come here when we are in town. Good job!
This is my go to spot in college station. The staff and food is great. Ordered the catfish dinner. It was great well seasoned and perfectly fried
