Unfriendly and unreasonable staff. I tried to ask them regarding a couple of coupons that Cicis posted on their Facebook group and they directly rejected to accept any of them. They are not even willing hear what the coupon is about!!They forcefully apply a ridiculous free drink coupon by themselves and say that since they are giving free drinks they won't accept any other coupon code. That is simply stupid. Coustomers should get to choose what coupon they want to apply on their purchase.Never going to visit this place again.
It's buffet pizza I don't expect much but it's never horrible. Staff always seems to be annoyed and sometimes the options are few or repetitive. Like there will be 3 of the same pizza while missing other options.I feel they are over priced.I've been considering not going back just due to the prices and options.
This cicis was locked at 3pm and no one came out, eventually we got in through another customer exiting and a worker said they would unlock the doors in 5 minutes, doors were unlocked after 9 minutes and when we came in they would not accept the coupon deal. It is the Villareal family cicis. What a waste of time.
The food is good as expected. The restrooms are clean. My favorite part about my recent visit was the game room. The game was updated and had fun for everyone.
Read with careCicisWhile the moment of entrance to Cicis appear to be like a place of laughter and joy little did I know the hidden evils within this walls. Pizzas lined up pizza after pizza, a view that only a 9 year old would dream of beating his house. Grabbing a plate is like the moment of just inertia, it is the place where you decide how much and what you want, variety in this place is as abundant as the amount of grease that is held within each slice. I became blind by my own hunger, my own desires to try every pizza in this place, a mistake I would greatly regret within an hour. The first bite takes your mouth to a place of wonder but the second holds a terrible truth. And yet I continue, to serve my self more slices and to continue eating them. I can’t even count how many I eat but I can tell you that Minutes within the last slice a truth that I was unaware of became true. My stomach cannot contain the lava that each pizza created, it open my stomach to the gates, creating a hurricane that could not beheld within my body for much longer. And while I write this to prevent anyone else from making the same grave mistake I have commit here at Cicis I also write for my own personal help as I don’t know if my body can ever leave a place like this having suffer a pain so bad that I can’t stand up anymore without fear for the hygiene of those around me.
We went after school I guess maybe a bad time to go. Pizza was Luke warm at best! Not much variety and while we were playing games they took our cups and plates. We will not go back to this place
I came to eat here with my sister and we both got the buffet to go. We decided to eat there after we already paid. We were eating for about 10 minutes when some man named “Rick” or “Joe” came up to us and raised his voice saying “ITS CALLED BUFFET TO GO YOU CANT EAT IT IN HERE THATS WHY ITS CALLED THAT” so we told him as we left there was no point in him doing that. There wasn’t even 10 people in the building.. they had the space. This man deserves to be fired for raising his voice at young female adults in front of customers. The food was also really bad, tasted hours old. Whoever is managing this business needs to do a better job on who they hire. It’s embarrassing for them to have workers who don’t know common manners. Also, if your planning on eating here PLEASE be mindful of the grumpy man who will greet you.. if he’s not fired by then.
The pizza was AMAZING as always, the only thing is that if you want a salad you have to wait for them to serve you what you want. But overall it's a pretty clean place ??
Manager does nothing with wouldn't be a problem if someone else spoke English last 5 or so times they couldn't even make a pizza request they just look at you nood and say ok ok while smiling. So frustrating. !!! DONE !!!
Went to this location while visiting Santa's Wonderland. The arcade is so cool! The loadable card was so convenient because you can use card not cash. Food was great as well! Very nice staff.
