ANASTASIA! SHE MADE OUR CHUCK E.CHEESE EXPERIENCE ABOVE AND BEYOND! SUPER FRIENDLY THE BEST EMPLOYEE IVE HAD AT A CHUCK E. CHEESE. SHES ALL ABOUT COSTUMER SATISFACTION AND VERY POLITE AND JUST SO FRIENDLY ALL AROUND. ALL EMPLOYEES SHOULD TAKE NOTES AND LEARN FROM HER. She was so kind to my kids I just can't thank her enough for being so sweet. I hope a manager reads this or something she deserves recognition ♡
This is a very small Chuck E. Cheese. It gets cramped in there with a lot of kids and there aren't many tables outside of the birthday party tables. The salad bar is not worth the money. It costs almost $12 after tax. The ranch dressing is awful. It tasted like straight up vinegar. Mixed reviews on employees. Some are friendly, some seem annoyed to be at work. Restroom was clean and that's important for a place with lots of kids, so they get points for that.
My husband was sitting at a booth alone and a worker came up and asked him if was going to order something, the tone implying get up if you aren’t. He told her I was at counter ordering. — $227! When did Chuck get so pricy? Three extra large pizza (2 were in a combo pack), 6 extra drinks and five 30 minute game cards. Eleven of us came out to $20 each and 6 adults didn’t have game cards! We had a good time, just thought a little pricey and this location very small compared to others. Staff at counter very nice.
Staff was very friendly and attentive to our birthday party! Place was clean and food was great!
Love the atmosphere and the food
I went to this location in hopes it would be fun for my one year old...no..they have nothing for babies!! I know they use to at other locations have a baby room.we spent over 100$ and the place was dirty,they don't sanitize that's a joke not once,salad bar cost 11$ and was poorly kept, bathroom had no toilet paper. Pizza was good that's why I gave them one star. I wanted my money back within the first 20 minutes.
Birthday Party was awesome. I had an amazing helper. She was kind and always making sure we had everything we needed.
My son's birthday party went really well with several surprises compared to previous trips to pizza arcades. The food was much improved over past trips and while not something you would expect from Gordon Ramsay, it was tasty and far from frozen cardboard. The inside was very clean and bright. The hour long game passes also did wonders with the kids not needing to worry about how many tokens are left to get to the next checkpoint. Very good experience.
It's a little small but services good. Because the size it can get packed pretty quickly. He had been awhile since I've been last so the pizza that they have now is actually better than what they used to. A great place to take small children.
Great place for children and adults! New games, and seasonal activities are always happening!Only one little minor detail:The salad bar does not have beets and macaroni salad anymore. It's one of the things that's hard to order since the pandemic. It won't stop me from coming back; but I hope they will be able to add it back to the salad bar eventually.I will be back!?
