This Chili’s in College Station, Texas was filthy. Floors covered in food, dirty napkins etc. needless to say, we left!
Very disappointed! Had a coupon for freechips and queso and were charged not onlyfor chips and salsa ($4.89) which we did notorder but also charged for queso ($2.70). We showed the free coupon to the waitress for free chips and queso before we ordered our meals.To add insult to injury, I ordered the $7.39cup of soup and house salad and wascharged for a bottomless lunch for $8.39. Irarely finish my meal so I would not order abottomless anything.When I brought the discrepancies to theattention of our waitress, she went back tothe manager twice, then came back andhanded my husband some dollar bills.When we got home, he laid the bills on thecounter and instead of the amount being$8.59, it was $3.00.Guess we should have counted it before weleft the restaurant.
I had a awful experience at Chili's the other night. The service was slow even though there was less than half of the restaurant was full. The server brought out cold chips to us multiple times. The server told us that he forgot to put in the full order so it took over an hour for us to get our food. The food was mediocre at best. The check was split up incorrectly. We saw roaches as we were leaving. Unfortunately I will not be going back.
Went during lunch and got out within the hour. Food was amazing and fast service. The waiter/waitress were amazing!
Always good food. Their 3 for $10.99 deal is hard to beat. Drink, soup or salad and entree. Our goto is the blackberry tea, Southwest chicken soup and Margarita grilled chicken. Also be sure to sign up for My Chili's Rewards. You'll get a free order of chips and salsa each time you come.
Was there for dinner on a Saturday. I could see some empty tables from the outside, but was told it would be a wait for about 15 minutes for a table for 2. The wait ended up being 20 min, and once seated, it took another 10 min for the server to come. When the drinks were served, had to ask for straws. When the entrees were being served, had to ask for silverware & napkins. The food was warm & tasted just like other Chili's, but the service could have been a bit more attentive.
We always have the best time at Chili's! The food is not expensive and the service so far has always been top-notch!!! The servers are very attentive and friendly. Chili's in CS is our favorite lunch date spot!
So disappointed my husband's loaded mashed potatoes had this hair cooked into the cheese. I will never eat here. I dont understand why they don't make the employees wear hair nets. Paid to much money for something like this
We checked out Chili’s this weekend for lunch expecting a chillie condition that matches to its name ?. We started off with the bottom less chips and salsa. It was indeed larger than a normal chips portion you’d get at similar restaurants. But we (just two of us) ultimately reached the bottom before we got our main course served. ? Chips are much firmer and salsa was definitely one of the best I’ve had. We got the Big mouth bites (comes with fries) and Santa Fe Chicken salad without chicken. The menu has two-three vegetarian options and they offered to make any bowl without the non-veg protein as an option too. The portions are reasonable for a light eater - say for myself I needed help finishing through my fries but the bowl was lower-than-average size for a Texas-scale-eater. Apart from food, the place is clean, staff very welcoming, and the wait to get seated was reasonable. In my honest opinion though, for the same price, Chili’s ? would not be the best restaurant in town to have a fulfilling meal -(According to my list)
To-Go/Curbside Pick-UpTypically Chili's is amazing and the staff is very friendly and hard working, however, tonight wasn't like that. I checked into my parking space awaiting my food because I had been notified that it was ready. I wait nearly 30 minutes for someone to come out, but no one does. This was a rare occasion considering the parking lot was empty. I walk in and there are three young ladies just standing around and chatting. Customer service was not great, nor was the food. All of the food was cold, the drinks were watered down, and the free $9 queso I redeemed wasn't even queso! It was literally just a bunch cilantro and guacamole topped with shredded cheese. Do better! You're usually my go to meals!
