I like the food from Chicken Salad Chick!! Excellent option for a fast food meal. It feel like eating at my mother’s kitchen.
Ordered for pick-up. Slept on this place and I’m glad I tried it out! Fairly good amount of food for the price paid, as well as it tasting very fresh and well made. I would absolutely come here again.
Definitely not black people friendly. It was like stepping into an all white establishment back in the 1930's. The cook asked the cashier if she rung up my 2 extra cookies, which I held in my hand. He had just witnessed the entire transaction, so I was really confused as to why he needed to verbally ask her in my presence if the cookies were paid for. Then he continued to monitor me as I stood and waited for my food. Not to mention one of the hiring managers just a few feet away watching me as well. Needless to say, I will never bring my black dollar back to Chicken Salad Chick. I'm sure I could make a better chicken salad and anything else they have to offer. Oh and I can afford the over priced cookies. There is no need to steal.

First time here and just YES, good food and excellent variety. I got the Olivia's Old Fashioned, and it was just excellent. It wasn't heavy - it was filling but didn't weigh me down. That's a good find for a quality chicken salad. I'm going to make this place a regular staple of mine for as long as I'm down here.

I had a weird experience for lunch this afternoon. The food I would give 4/5, but the customer service was odd which is why my rating is so low. I ordered, paid, and asked for lemonade, and the cashier left the counter for two minutes or so. There being a line behind me I step to the side and wait. I ask the older lady at the next counter If there is a beverage station where I can fill up my drink (I've never been here). She looks at me crazy and tells me to wait and she can do it. Fine no problem, my order is finally ready and the older lady just stuffs it in the bag on its side right in front of me. My sandwich and broccoli salad got everywhere. Juices even got all over the inside of the bag and outside the box. I found this very strange as the woman was very nice to everyone else. Good chicken salad, but the customer service is off-putting. Not sure if I'll be back soon.
This was my first time going here and I was immediately welcomed by the staff and felt like part of the community. Everyone was very nice and respectful to me and the food was great. Would definitely come again.
Always clean, the staff is always friendly, and the food is always delicious, fast, and fresh! 100% recommend for a quick and healthy meal!
