I actually like this place. I will drive ten miles just for there fresh chicken or anything on the menu. Service is good and I get my food fast.
When the sweet tea was $1 it was on point today went and got sweet tea $1.85 nothing but sweet water total waste at 7pm ??
They're over-priced and close too early on a Friday night...10PM...their 411 on Goigle indicates 11PM. The entire world Googles and looks to them as the authoritative source of such 411 as location and hours of operation. Fix it for the folks who continue giving you business. I will never eat at any Chicken GREASY Express, again...the mention of it is forbidden in my home.

Today, Jan 16, 2022, I had the BEST fried chicken meal in a LONG time. I had gone to another place that has a 'p' for its name, and I will NEVER stray away from Chicken Express ever again! At Chicken Express I always get treated with courtesy, even when the employee is curt, and the fried chicken is on point. Today, Juan cooked the fried chicken to PERFECTION: not greasy, no fishy after-taste, and it didn't reek of garlic. Sheer perfection Chicken Express. I bestow unto Chicken Express many blessings, and continued support for ALL the employees who are thankful for being part of Chicken Express' Team of Excellence. ??
While traveling, we stopped in to pick up chicken for the family. The Chicken, fries, mashed potatoes, white gravy and yeast rolls are better than Kentucky Fried or Hertz.Definitely 5stars!To bad there isn't one near my home front, but if your traveling and come across a Chicken Express it's worth picking up lunch or dinner. ?
Chicken was cold today & the customer service is usually a little than what it was today!!! I also, dislike the fact that they always put your napkins in box with the chicken.
Very good food always hot and fresh staff is nice and helpful fast serves so if you want a bite and are in a hurry and want some good chicken this location is the one to go ! Keep up the good work guys !!.
I eat here occasionally since it's close to me, it's easily one of the better chicken places in town they just tend to forget to give me things. Can't tell you how many times I've opened the box and not had a fork/spoon for my sides or no straw.
Female order taker was nice, male manager with gray shirt had an attitude. Tried to talk me out of ordering a certain menu item. I don’t visit chicken express much, definitely won’t be back. Customer service failure at its best.
