First, let me state I rarely write reviews. My experience at this Chick-fil-A was so different from every other I go to. I had a very straight forward order: a chicken club sandwich, a fry, and a cup for water. I receive my order and not that I was charged for a fountain drink. I went back and asked for a refund. Instead of accommodating me, she upsold me tea and lemonade. I got the lemonade because it is good and doesn’t have carbonation or corn syrup. But I would have preferred she offered a refund option. Then, I go to eat my food. The fries are half full and the sandwich is cold. I have never had such a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A. The takeaway: what did I expect going to a university Chick-fil-A during slow hours reusing unsold sandwiches.
Mixed overall repeat experience at the MSC Chick-fil-a. No issues with order customization and food has been consistently good. Aricel has been friendly at the front register each time. Jaylin has also been helpful and kept the orders moving at the pickup counter efficiently even during the intermittent lunch rushes. Good counter customer service experience overall. Most but not all Chick-fil-a menu items are available here. Will eat here again, though two detracting issues noted below.Aside from being a bit more expensive for convenience, wish this location would offer the standard insulated Chick-fil-a drink cups for the fountain drinks instead of the small generic wax paper Pepsi cups. Have seen them used here for non-fountain drinks, so know they are available.The single, self-serve fountain drink dispenser also leaks water badly from behind the upper frame all over your hand and cup while trying to dispense the drinks, especially on the left side with Pepsi and Diet-Pepsi. Have reported this a couple times to the roaming Chick-fil-a employee sweeping and cleaning the area when they were nearby but got an indifferent response both times with a, 'yeah, it does that', sort of reply. From a food health & safety standpoint, this needs to be serviced and not leaking from inside the unit all over one's hand, drink, counter, and floor while trying to dispense it.

Almost all Chick-fil-A's offer amazing service and food. This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to and had horrible service and could get an order right even after telling them the order twice and then having them ask me to verify certain things like the cheese type and if I wanted extra pickles. It's not rocket science but they sure acted like it was.
Literally perfect and so nice compared to the chick-fil-a at sbisa. Love Y’all so much :)
