Chick-fil-a does everything right but this location gets extra points! I have 3 little boys. While I had my back turned for 2 seconds to put the baby in his car carrier, my 5 and 2 yr old decided to run out of the store without me to our car (in the front row). The manager was on it. He ran out there and stayed right by there side while I quickly scurried my way out of there. I’m so thankful for him and how their team always goes and beyond. It’s the little acts that count the most!
Customer services was great. Young mn who took our order was polite and professional. Order came out as soon we pulled to the window. Went inside to get our drinks topped off and another young mn who was equally professional and polite did so with a smile, thank you, and a have a Good night. Place clean as well
Honestly bad service compared to most chick fil a I’ve been to. Order was wrong and workers were rude.
Great service friendly. Dont know what these other folks are talkin about but if you go tonight may 3rd 2022 you wont regret it.
This chick fil a has lost my service. there’s been serval times where my food has not came out correctly and the employees are absolutely RUDE and act like they hate their job. I am not one to ever leave a bad review about a restaurant but this has been multiple times a week and when an employee rolls their eyes when I’m trying to order & the people at the window throw your food at you, there’s an issue.
I love how they greet you with a smile and have the patience to help when you are not sure of what you want. That was my first time visiting and it was a great experience. Hats off to great teamwork and good food.
I met Will a few days ago and he’s awesome! Very chill and works hard. Chick-fil-A is definitely proud to have a worker like him
What is there to say, it's Chick-fil-A? Doesn't matter how crowded the drive thru is, your in, out, and gone in a matter of minutes. Of course the sandwiches are great also.
This Chick-fil-A was quite rude and I usually never leave reviews but I just had to. Their workers & manger kept yelling my name as I pulled up to the drive through. I did not find it funny at all or was it necessary. This was the second time I felt that their service was not good. The first time was when I waited 20 minutes just to get well done fries after the manger told me to park and they would bring it out. They forgot so I went inside to ask for them but he said he didn’t see it on the system and he asked for my receipt but I didn’t grab one. I showed them my mobile order and waited. I will not be going back to this Chick-fil-A. It’s the worst in town.
this place sucks. i came to college station to visit my friends at a&m and we came to chick-fil-a for dinner and the customer service was easily the worst customer service i have ever experienced. the employees were not nice at all and were ignoring us as paying customers. the manager didn’t even say a word to us and i felt unwanted.
