Was very disappointed. The drive way is a cluster fu**. We specialized or order and was asked to park for the food to come out. When it came out the French fries were soggy and not well done. The chicken was not even hot. Very sad and pathetic for a place normally a satisfying treat was left disappointed. Will not waste money here again.
This one has double lane drive through service. The interior is small but good place to eat chicken.If you love chicken this is the place to go.The service is good but the table seems small for four people to eat at the same time especially when all of them have tray full of food.Other than that the staffs are kind like rest of other places.
Literally THE WORST chick fil la. One of the main reasons I got to chick fil la is for their friendly service and the fact that I never have to check my meals. They always have it right! You can definitely definitely tell this location didn't get that memo. The staff is not very friendly at all!!! I always have to double check my order. Especially for straws!! I usually order for curbside and since it's so close to work I will order about once a week. Not anymore! I refuse to order from this location anymore. They definitely don't have the same work ethic or a Friendly staff like chick Fil la has the reputation for!! Maybe they need new management.
Everything is great, the food, the service.The only downside is the drive through route is complicated. It uses stop cones on parking lot to make the route. If no or less cars, it is fine. But it will be confusing when serval cars are there. That is what happened to me during my last visit.
They always mess up my order literally like 9 times outta 10 something is wrong. Do better. Not to mention they just throw the minis in the box any kind of way. Asked for grape jelly got strawberry and I’m allergic made it all the way home before noticing. Smh
My wife loves Chick-fil-A everytime we go the food is fresh and hot.! Comes out very quick for how busy they be the staff are really nice and helpful if you want a real spicy chicken sandwich this is the spot to come !
I love Chikfila, but no breakfast the minute it hits 10:30??? Seriously?? I got to the window at 10:32 and they told me it was too late. If yall can stay open until midnight on Fridays because it's in a college town then maybe consider having later breakfast times too. I'm going to McDonalds where breakfast is served ALL DAY
The only Chick-fil-A in town that server undercooked chicken and limits you on how many sauces you can have. Crazy. 2 sauces for 12 nuggets and large fries.
Excellent routing of traffic for the drive thru. Very attentive and pleasant staff.
I got my curbside order quickly and as usual, it was delicious.Only improvement I could really see happening is getting access to the curbside area. When the drive thru is packed, it's hard to access. It shouldn't be a one way drive.
