This is a hidden gem, we have driven by several times but this was the first try. The waitress who served us was very pleasant and helpful in explaining the various dishes. The wait time was minimal and the food was delicious. They have their own spin on Tex Mex.

Half eaten pic bc I couldn’t wait to eat it! Really good waiter 3/3 times I’ve been. Always get the flautas :) going to try their birria tacos next

Can only say that the food here was fantastic. The chips and salsa were excellent as well. You have to try the poblano chicken breast.

Thr food is delicious and pretty authentic! Drinks are small, but poured nicely and reasonably priced. Overall good vibes and casual atmosphere. Only reason I dont give it 5 stars is because service is lackluster compared to other restaurants. Ill give it some grace since the few times I have gone is during slow times and they may be recovering from lunch/dinner rush. Overall would definitely recommend as a nice hole in the wall spot!

This is the best Mexican food I have had in college station. The flavors are bold, and the meat just melts in your mouth. Highly recommend the queso and the beef chimichanga, absolutely phenomenal. Will definitely be coming back soon.

we had this catered for my grad party, STELLAR food!

The salsa was the best part - they served it warm and with just the right amount of spice! The rest of the food was good too; everybody enjoyed what they had to eat.BUT the service was lacking. We never got offered a refill, the food was slow and we sat around for a while after eating waiting to pay our bill.

We've tried two types of fajitas (Michoacan and Camino's special sauce), carnitas, quesadillas, and Camino's Enchiladas (enchiladas verdes). Always delicious! Family owned, independent restaurant. We have a new favorite place in town!

Food was very good. The waiter needs to go back to cleaning tables. After brining our meals, never came back to ask if we wanted refills on our drinks. When something was said. All he could say was sorry. I don't think he was to sorry. He stayed over with another waiter laughing and joking. Seemed to me that was more important than taking care of his customers. Will not be going back. If there was a manager there I couldn't tell.

Love love love this place. Everyone needs to go support them. Especially love the birria (weekends only!!) and salsa! Make sure to go check them out!
