I visit this Buffalo Wild Wings fairly frequently, but today was new. I know it was Memorial Day and I decided I’d go there for a snack, it was 10:55 pm and I wanted to know when the kitchen closes, so I call them and they tell me that the kitchen closes at 11:30pm. I get there at 11:10, I knew exactly what I wanted. Once I get there, one of your employees comes out and tells me that they can’t serve us as they are closed and I tell her that I called ahead and I was told it was open, but she said “Yeah but it’s Memorial Day so the kitchen is closing early and we can’t serve you” I requested like twice even telling here I don’t even need time with the menu but she refused to help us out, meanwhile another group walks in after us and she had no issue finding a table for them. I had never experienced this before where you are partial to one group of customers and just refuse to serve the others. We were really disappointed and we left the place and then one of your employees Ari Diaz comes out, calls us back in and requests us to eat inside. She was really sweet and respectful, and she didn’t even rush us. She really made our day, if it wasn’t for her I don’t think we would have visited again.How can one of your employees just be rude and be partial to another group? I really don’t want to think about what made them special, I don’t know, I think we looked presentable, we each have jobs that pay well into 6 figures, we didn’t even make a scene, we genuinely just requested them.This is the first time I’ve actually gone out to write a negative review. I really hope no one else feels the same way we do. I mean I get that it is Memorial Day and that everyone wants to go home, but why would you tell someone that you are open, have them drive there within the time that you have mentioned and then refuse service. Oh I forgot to mention that she even claimed the kitchen was closed for takeout, I honestly would have been happy if you let me take my wings home to eat if you were in the process of closing the restaurant.Also, 5/5 for Ari Diaz, please don’t change, you are the sweetest and the only reason we’d even consider coming back is for you.
The to-go experience is horrendous. I placed my order at 10:50pm and the promised time was 11:20pm. Got there at 11:15pm and understood that it wasn’t ready, however, I sat for 25 mins waiting for my order. While sitting, a couple came in and by the time I finally got my order they already finished their appetizers and were eating their wings. My order was just 10 boneless wings and some fries. I brought this up to the individual at the registers and he told me that “they messed up your order”. Well, why not notify me? That’s proper customer service. I didn’t end up leaving with my order till almost 11:50 despite placing the order well over an hour ago. I also found the ticket that kitchens tend to use to make your order and it was printed out at 11:18pm which gives me the impression that they didn’t start cooking my order until I arrived.
This is the best Buffalo Wilds Wings (or B-Dubs) I've been to with consistently great service and delicious food. I usually get the wings either boneless or boned (both are good to me), but they did stop doing as good a deal on boneless Thursdays. It used to be buy one, get one free, and we loved it! Now it is buy one, get one 50% off. Still decent, but ehh. Anyway, this last time I got the chicken sandwich, fries, and a drink for $9.99 and requested the hot buffalo sauce with ranch on the side. It's also a pretty good deal considering their drinks like $2.99 if ordered separately. Also, this is the first time and place I successfully did the blazin' challenge! It took me over 10 years to work up the guts to try it. I prepared with some Pepto and many years of eating spicy foods. My time was 3 minutes & 11 seconds. Maybe one day I'll try to beat that. :-D
First Time EVER eating at buffalo wild wings !! WE LOVED THE FOOD!!However the waiter we had had a funky attitude and we was NOT pleased, but she eventually got it together.!!We will be going to our hometown location more often, GOOD BYE WINGSTOP. HELLO BUFFALO WILD WINGS??I love that they have more to offer !!
Our server Jillian is literally the second coming of Jesus Christ. This woman was sent by god to bring us our hot wings. Throughout this amazing celestial experience she was always quick to tend to our needs. If we needed napkins? She would materialize right next to us with napkins in hand. We needed a drink refill? I didn’t even have to say anything and it would refill itself. Thank you Buffalo Wild Wings for this spiritual experience.
Would probably avoid this place if you are wanting to pick up your food, dining in can be a nice experience. However the past three times I have went to place an order online I have had to wait an additional 30-40 minutes. Every time this has happened the workers didn’t really seem to care much, and did not apologize for the mistake on their end. Was very disappointed.
My husband and I ordered online thinking this would be more efficient. When we arrived my husband had to Stand at the counter for 10 minutes and then go find somewhere and then go find somebody and still Ended up-waiting another 10 minutes.There was absolutely no one in the restaurant a total of five cars in the parking lot which were probably the people that work there.Well we got the food it was cold and sloppy and wrong!We Really used to love this place but never again will I ever come to this place I could probably use a $30 back on something that actually would’ve been great and hot
I have been threatened by the staff twuce. And told I attacked the staff which was not true. The waitress decided to get invovle and call the cops on me because I was having a bad day. Then i was told i was banned and the asstistant manager did not like i was on the phone and told me to hang up. I did not and have proff that I was very cordial. The assistant manager did not give me my order that I already paid for and did not even offer me a refund. I am sorry but restuarant staff should not threatened to call the police or bully its customers. When I did not attack the staff and trying to separate me from m6 children. These waitress did not have family or the right to judge anyone because you do not know what is going on in someones life. They lost their best staff and the managers are bullies to their customers. I wish another buffalo wild wing would open. There is plenty of space and will not be failure like the one on texas avenue in college station. Better management and staff would change everything and a new location.
My take out experience was pretty frustrating. Unfortunately, this has happened on multiple occasions. After calling in my order and having it read back to me for confirmation, I am always surprised to find my order missing an item or two. It's pretty frustrating and undermines the very meaning of take out, because you'll have to wait an additional 15 to 20 minutes for them to prepare your missing item.
I came to Buffalo Wild Wings 02/05/22 and my sever was Alexander and I mean amazing service, didn’t come ever 5-10 minutes bugging us and talk very respectfully. Honestly best experience ❤️??
