It's easily my favorite place to get ramen in the Bryan/College Station area. This is the Tonkotsu but my favorite is the shoyu with pork. Gotta understand though this is a "mom and pop" kinda place with only 2 people that work there. So service is a little unorthodox but still it's always been fantastic. However I've only had the different ramens lol
Best ramen in town, Sunny never disappoints!
I don’t usually rate restaurants, however tonight experience and food was simply a blessing. With two littles, it’s rare to get through dinner without a complaint. However the cook here was able to provide a meal for us that had every member of my family trying everything on the table regardless of their individual order. My two year old son even threw the staff a kiss at the end of the visit to show how much he enjoyed the food. The sushi fresh, and the orange chicken full of Flavor!! We will definitely be back

I dislike leaving negative reviews but the sushi here was not good. The previous review is misleading in saying the chef is Japanese. The sushi chefs are both Chinese. Food review - the sashimi tuna was tough to chew on. I doubt it was sashimi grade and hope I don’t get sick after eating it. The sushi rice was poorly seasoned and had hard pieces of undercooked rice. The cucumber inside the rolls tasted of old stale cucumbers that has lost the crunch. Raw fish and rice are the main ingredients in sushi and they failed to make both correctly.
My experience in only 5 minutes that I stayed. When I enter with my family The cheff, "Owner?" Just look at us with an odd expression. It looks like he actually wanted to fight with us. Didn't even tell us to seat. When we seat down he came with an attitude and was very rude. We just walk away. No wonder at 07:20 pm only had 2 costumer. I will never go there again.
Absolutely the best sushi and Japanese food in College Station. Great atmosphere for date night or dinner with friends. I’ve tried other places here, but Sonny is the best sushi chef in town.

From the simply edamame (which in fact is not a simple, but infused with 10 different spices and is absolutely delicious) to the boat of sushi and daikon delivered as the final entrée. Azure Fusion Bistro & Saké is delicious, served with pride, and leaves you wanting more! Warm saké. Cold saké. Red wine, white wine, or water the choice is yours. The menu is large- and Sonny does all prep and delivery. Enjoy! Meshiagare.
This was the best fries rice and sushi we have had on a long time!! I highly recommend it!!
