The so call manager was very rude and disrespectful letting me know I can come back later to get my food since they couldn't give it to me til 9 cause they can't serve lunch til then. When asked y am I aloud to order it he proceeded to tell me it has nothing to do with them its the app. I suggested he should probably tell them to not allow it at his store and he said it's not him. Told him there is a way cause other stores have it off, he then said we'll u show me how to do it! So 1 waited 17 mins for my food cause I couldn't get a refund either! Horrible customer service
I went through the drive-thru yesterday and I ordered a 5-layer burrito and when I got home it was nothing but a bean burrito. This is the third time I have gone there and they have gotten my order wrong. And the burrito and soft taco I ordered was so sloppy put together. But I paid for it. So disappointing.

Always fast service and friendly staff, Cody specifically, he always has a very friendly attitude every single time we come in. If our order is ever wrong they take care of it without hesitation. Favorite fast food place to visit in Cleveland.
Everytime I get dragged to this taco bell they always mess my order up someway or another. Once I ordered a steak breakfast crunchwrap and wound up getting a bacon breakfast burrito. Even the recipe said steak crunchwrap that's how bad they messed it up. Tonight got jipped a taco and couldn't even get to speak to someone about getting it fixed
We went on a Friday night and was sitting in line for 45 minutes just to order. It was not a pleasant experience. However, there was a nice staff and my husband food was fresh and hot.
Its taco bell... if you are expecting good high quality mexican food - you know better.Thia location is decent and I have had few problems, so there is that.
Manny was beyond helpful. He is the best of what Taco Bell stands for. I will continue to give my business to Taco Bell in Cleveland as long as people like Manny work there. Manny should be promoted for being an outstanding individual!
This location is great. The window workers are a little slow or they were when I visited last but, for the most part, they usually get the orders correct in the bag & out the window.
Out of most menu items wasn't the fastest service but the employees were nice
