Ordered a large sweet tea and then sat there for 30 minutes, only for them to tell me when I pushed the button again that they didn’t have an order for that! Seriously do better, the same guy that took my order is also the same guy that said they didn’t have an order for a the sweet tea! This sonic used to be good but it has gone down hill!!!
Horrible service, they caught an attitude about our order. After confirming our order they still didn't include more than 6 things we paid for. My cherry limeade had no Cherry’s but I about choked on a cherry stem, . Other visits have been horrible, they ignored us while they were standing by the window and talking. I get that you can get busy but at least pay attention to what is going into your customers orders and don't give attitude when we are confirming that you did get everything we ordered
The absolute worst sonic of any city and state. You can't even get a drink without it taking 10 minutes. Good luck trying to use the app because they have every pull up stall blocked so you have nowhere to park to get your app and the idiots won't answer the phone to get them to bring it out to you.. It is run by totally incompetent people.
Legit waited for at least 35 minutes to put in an order. I waited in the 1st stall for about 5-10 minutes and moved after thinking it was broken. In the 2nd stall I pressed the button 3 times and waited about 10 mins in between each button press. Finally moved to a 3rd stall and spammed the button for a minute straight and someone finally took my order. I understand how busy Sonic can get, but that was outrageous. Lol. To make matters worse, the drive thru was closed. Sonic needs to hire new staff or raise the wages so people will actually want to work there.
Sat in line of the drive thru for 20 minutes while some guy working in the window was chatting it up with o e of his buddies that didn't order food they were just having a conversation
Got my order right and food to me quick. Girl who brought it out was sweet, only complaint was she dropped some of my change and then immediately walked away without picking it up
Our sonic is pretty much on mark. They usually get the orders right but, as far as fast food places go price wise, they are a bit more expensive than most fast food restaurants, along with Whataburger. I do stop here now & then for their chili cheese coney with extra chili & cheese because I have an adult handicap with no teeth & that is the only thing she can eat fast food wise. But, they lack in adding extra when you request it & pay for the extra. You get home & find that what you ordered with extra chili & cheese actually has less on it then usual without asking for extra, lol. They need improvement on that. If you charge for adding extra, actually add extra that is noticeably extra. Sandwiches are often soggy because of too much wet lettuce on them & sometimes they over cook the chicken strips making them a little on the hard side.
Food quality has dropped tremendously. Burgers are slopped together without any kind of effort put into making it tasty. I think this store is due to have a surprise incredibly thorough inspection.
I gave four stars because I have eaten here before and it was fine many times. Today I had a hair in my food. Almost threw up. Not much worse than a hair in food.
Don't go in the evening, staff is very rude and will yell at you when your placing your order. Daytime is great. Night staff is horrible. WONT DRIVE THRU FLOODED WATER TO GO THERE EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!
