The young lady that waited on my brother and I would not follow instructions on my order. I asked for a chicken sandwich with mustard, no special sacerdote. She went on telling us about 15 different sauces that Popeyes has. My brother told her, a chicken sandwich dry, with the honey mustard on the side. She proceded to go on and on, as if the sandwich was for her. I didn't even want the sandwich by the time we got to the pickup window. She also needs to take English as a second language and learn some ediqutte. She will probably get stuck working at a fast food restaurant.
Horrible customer service!!!! Sold out of everything also.The young man at the drive through window was very short and acted like we were putting him out so bad to have him take our order.we left in the middle of him rudely reading our order back to us.
Staff took the time to fry my chicken breast 2 more minutes for that crispy taste I love
Great chicken! They were out of cole slaw the last time I went, but hopefully that was temporary. A little pricey, but what's not at the moment!?!
First time to visit here. Wife wanted me to pick up lunch and drop it off to her. The Staff was Friendly and Quick! The Food was Great! Thank You Popeyes!!! I'm sure we'll be back!!!
The food is usually Luke warm. Just depends on the day though. It hard to catch fresh food here.
Better service this time. The new tenders are bland, tasting of flour and grease. Only tea and slaw keep me going back.
So today I went to popeyes in Cleveland Texas service was horrible. Workers had attitude, Claudia the women with the lump on her neck was very disrespectful to me call me very racial slurs which I didn’t appreciate. Food was very dry like the lump on her face. Horrible service wouldn’t recommend going back at all. We need better fast food workers.
They always get the food quickly and correct. Eat here for lunch weekly sometimes 2 or 3 times
uncooked chicken, cold soggy fries, half filled sides, wrong drinks. what everyone wants for dinner right?what i ordered:two 5 piece mild strip dinners. one with mashed potatoes and an extra side of gravy, and the other with mac & cheese. and an extra side of cajun fries. 1 large sweet tea, 1 large root beer.what i received:one 5 piece cooked, one 5 piece with 2 undercooked, still pink & cold in the middle strips. soggy cold fries, a barley half full gravy container, and 2 large root beers. mac & sheets was correct though, so score there i suppose.if your looking for warm, COOKED food, don’t go to Cleveland Popeyes. because you won’t get it. they told my husband they “didn’t have enough chicken strips” for what we ordered so they were cooking him fresh ones, made him wait 10 extra minutes just to receive uncooked food. i assume the fries were cold & soggy because they just threw what they had already into a basket and called it a night as they were closing soon. popeyes is one of my favorite restaurants, but i’ll make the drive to New Caney or Porter next time i want it.
