Please fix the air conditioning in the building. Having your employees work in the extreme heat where the inside of the building gets up to 98 degrees is unacceptable. Myself as a customer can leave but your employees cannot. Why did an employee tell me that it’s going to take until December to be fixed??? We ordered the wings on special $.70 each is what our server said so we ordered the 36 piece bone in and a tea. They were very good, as usual! Our server was very attentive. However, when we paid our bill it was $68. So apparently the special was the boneless not the bone in. We paid the bill, my husband thought it included another party at our table so didn't think anything of it. After talking to the server, we discovered the discrepancy, he offered an apology, nothing more. Even after pressing the issue to make it right he just said he was sorry. Sadly we will not be returning to this Pizza Hut.
Order food online, show up 30 minutes later and it's still not ready. A normal acurance at this location. Remember to check your pizza for hair too, that also seams to be a regular thing here too.
It's Cleveland don't be picky it's very clean for our Town I do recommend it's better than little Caesars ,dominos is about the same but yes very nice take out is good
Haven't had pizza hut pizza in months but my order today was exceptionally good. The pizza,bread sticks,and wings were excellent. I hope my future orders will be this good!

DO NOT EAT HERE THEY HAVE NOT HAD HOT WATER SINCE 2021! Word of mouth gets around this city and several employees have complained to higher up about it and nothing has been done about it. How does a food establishment not have hot water?! SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN UNTIL YOU HAVE HOT WATER AND A STAFF HOW CAN MAKE PIZZA CORRECTLY AND FYI THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT OF STOCK ON HALF OF THE MENU! if they card reader ain’t working don’t wait in line for 30 minutes to tell me you don’t have pan pizza and your card machine is also down!
Pizza hut here is a little on the lacking side. They are ok but, often mess up the orders or even over cook the pizza. They use to offer delivery to my address but, they stopped doing my street a few years back. Their delivery distance ends one street before me, like 2 minutes around the corner, lol. We need more pizza places in our area that can deliver. The workers in here at the window often won't even acknowledge you at the drive thru window which frustrates me to see them standing there visiting while I am sitting at the window waiting.
It's been a long time since I've had pizza hut in Cleveland. Have to say I'm a little disappointed. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and there is like 5 pieces on it. More or less this was a cheese pizza. Also ordered Garlic sauces and paid for it didn't receive it. I'll be sticking to Domino's from now on.
I ordered was an hour late it was cold and boneless 8 piece I only got 6 pieces that's the last time I'll order anything from you guys again at least Domino's is honest about everything.
