I went through the drive-thru and placed an order. I had to correct the drink when it was read back to me at the window and when I got my drink, it was still wrong and wasn’t even full. The girl that handed the drink to me didn’t even say thank you. I decided to pull around to the parking lot to see if it was right and it wasn’t. I had to go inside to get my own drink.
I'm writing this because I have been to Cleveland,Tx drive thru slot of time but n the last two weeks we go thru the drive -& find out know egg sandwich had no meat on it but was order with meat& cheese but that was a problem but then order we oder chicken nuggett with french fries but no napkin R no sauces & this second time the same problem what R you'll hiring 12 yr old to work n the drive thru but did talk toManger she said it two different time that excuse the drive thru people they know better but my thing I told her that I live you far to turn around everytime this happen but first time over look this but three times to much no wonder they don't have to many customer when these people keep making these mistakes like this
Just left this McDonald's ... what an absolute embarrassment to the franchise Owner and Managers of this location. There were no less than four or five kids (employees) lolligagging around in front of the area where Customers receive their orders. Two or three were eating ice cream (I honestly don't know ... this could be an employee perk). They might have been off work or taking lunch break, but appearance should still count for something. As for the new order kiosks ... I've never been a McDonald's employee and will never use them. Ever. And the real shame here? Very simply that these kids have zero sense of self-respect. Today's generation ... wow ... way to represent. I'd like to rate this with only one of the points on one star, but since I can't this location's Owner, Managers, and staff get the benefit of five times a better rating than they earned.
This McDonald's has stepped up it's game recently. Fresh fries and my order has been correct. Awesome ? Go Cleveland TX!!
Needs better management can hear coworkers cussing and not listening to the manager. Counted about 7 people at the front and orders taking to long to pick up. Order two frappes and they took 18 minutes to notice I didn’t have my order
Ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and got a burger with lightly brown meat patties. The center of the meat was practically raw
Great visit! I only wish they would have had fresh french fries but we got there right after the lunch rush! Very clean!!

messed up my drink multiple times i order a large coke and when I receive its been mixed with blue powerade, then proceeds to make me throw it away because it's not what I had ordered
