I need someone to make this make sense, the hot and ready pizzas are for people that walk in, however when an order is placed shouldn't all the pizzas be made at once? We ordered 4 pizzas and went to pick them up after we go home we discovered 2 of the pepperoni pizzas were old, and only 2 were fresh and hot... to me this is unexpectable,, do better
I have never written a public review much less a bad one but today was my worst experience with customer service. We sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes and still no one came to the window. At this point I called. After waiting on the phone for 5 minutes I left the vehicle in the drive thru and walked inside. The only adult inside told me their phone doesn't work and hasn't been replaced. I politely said, " I understand y'all are busy but we have been waiting and no one has even approached the window to ask what we needed. "She went to the window and needless to say we left with only one pizza that we were still charged for.
This place was awful if I could give it zero stars I would. Online ordering didn’t work. They never answered the phone. When my husband went to the store a bunch of teenage kids had blaring rap music on and could barely hear each other let alone someone coming in. He waited patiently for 10+ minutes and someone finally came up to him. He asked for a basic pepperoni stuffed crust pizza. Apparently per the employee “they don’t do stuffed crust anymore” but it’s on the board behind her and online. The store is a JOKE and will probably be out of business soon. Too bad I actually like little Caesar’s. They need to fire all these kids and hire actual employees.
i placed an order over the phone. i had to wait 10 more minutes. Came back to check on my pizzas and had told me my pizzas weren’t ready. Told me that i had to wait more time and after like 10 minutes nothing yet. They had bad costumer service NO employees NO organization, never again will i go back to that place !! MADE ME MAD ??
The entire staff of kids that work there didn't know what they were doing. I was there for 15 minutes and was never waited on so I left and went somewhere else to eat. I was very disappointed because I love their pizzas and wanted to try their new Batman calzone pizza.
The toppings were all in the back of the box on 2 of my pizzas. The pizza that still had toppings on it had the wrong toppings. Absolutely waste of money coming to this store. I tried to call to talk to someone about the issue but no one would ever answer the phone.
Placed my order at 440 for pickup at 515 today. Got to the window at 515 was told by a guy employee that it will be another 20 minute. Twenty minutes passed I went back to the window waited there 10 minutes before someone came to the window. Then was told I had to wait 6 more minutes for my bread stick.Then was told something happened to one of my pizzas by the female manger on duty. She started yelling and screaming at me cause I was asking questions. She kicked me out the store and threatened to call the police. She is very RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL very UNPROFESSIONAL
I just picked up my pizza and something told me to look in the box. When I opened it, an entire side had folded over. I brought it to the attention of the person who seemed to be in charge. I kid you not, he grabbed a pen and tried to straighten it out! Nonchalantly he says, “Well, we can make you another one if you want but it’ll be about 15-20 min wait.” Like seriously????? You just tried to straighten out my pizza with a dirty pen! And when I asked him to go ahead and make it, he had the audacity to get upset. I understand this wasn’t your dream job and you’re a grown 40 plus year old man just here trying to make ends meet, but a little bit of work ethics goes along way. Never again…..
This is the first time in over a year that we actually received pizzas. Pizzas were hard and sauce was very dry. Usually am told that there is a wait of over an hour for a hot and ready.
Love their pizza but, they need more efficient staff.They never have enough people working the cou ter or window. Often it is just the one person working both the counter & the wi down which makes them seem to take forever. Pizza is good though. They need to go back to having 3 meat pizza, cheese pizza & pepperoni pizza s hot & ready options. They have only been offering the pepperoni & cheese pizzas as the ready to go options lately.
