They are polite but it can take some time to get order filled.
Seems more and more the tacos have less filling than before and cost more. The filling used to be about close to the edge but now it is more like a halfway in. Asked for creamy lime sauce and buttermilk sauce and it wasn't in the bags. Corporate profits seems to be the focus at fast food businesses.
This jack n the box is great. I have come here for the last 11 years & have yet to have a problem with my orders. I love their shakes. I think they are better than mcdonald's & better than the sonic on their shakes. I love the hot & spicy chicken sandwich with extra crispy bacon ordered to top it. Love it when I order in the drive through & get home to find my order was correctly bagged & made to order. Great job Cleveland Jack in the Box team.
I love our Jack N the Box. They always do my bacon extra crispy as requested whenever I buy a sandwich I want bacon added to it. The window workers are very pleasant & the drive through is very efficient on time.
The food is good if it's not very busy. The drive through is very fast. A few weeks ago the food wasn't hot and fresh. When I tried to tell the young person at the window I couldn't get any response. Overall it's one of my favorite restaurants.
Every time I go there they are rude rude …Jumbo burgers are fresh but they could learn to be nice to older people this attitude they have has to change the Manager even if you complain they just don’t care so I will learn not to go their anymore! I had gone thru drive thru and order tacos …so she told me to move by the steps and they will bring them to us we wait a long time so I went in and the tacos had been prepared and were left there for a while … they were surprised when they saw me by the counter asking for my tacos …I told them they were worthless and will never happen again…so we ate cold tacos we were hungry …they probably get that attitude from management and they will get away with it ..
Order is never taken right! Drivethrough person can't seem to understand and with 5 cars behind you and everything on the screen changing its pointless! I will never order anything again unless it via app.
The counter help could always be a little more friendly. The food was fresh, just a not so inviting cashier
Went yesterday at 10:30am and got a Jr. Bacon cheese burger and it was super greasy, chewy, and soggy, considering it should have been fresh. Very disappointing. It'll be a while before I go back that's for sure.
I don’t even want to be this person to give a bad review :( but this new night shift is really just not on it or something sketchy. Every time I go they short me something. A curly fry, tacos, something. I usually always check but tonight we got four tacos and they put four taco wrappers in the bag but only two of the wrappers actually had tacos in them. I am not going to go back for two tacos that’s ridiculous and I shouldn’t have to. I normally just let it slide, no big deal it happens but this like the fourth time this has happened with the same kids working. Are they just eating the food or what? I hope so because I would rather that and feel good that some hungry kid is eating. If not there definitely needs to be a manager on hand constantly or better training period. It’s just fast food but I expect to get what I pay for :) I tried calling to address this to a manager but they wouldn’t answer the phones so had to leave a review because I hope ya’ll can get this under control and other people aren’t losing their money to this establishment also. This needs to be known to a manager and fixed.
