Nothing extraordinary about our visit. We were promptly seated, and our order didn't take long to get to our table. The food was typical TexMex. Nothing stood out. Here's the reason for the three stars. Our waiter checked on us once, there were noticeable areas that needed cleaning, and the restrooms are not wheelchair friendly. Our second visit, and our minds have been changed. We were promptly seated and tended to. The waitress was friendly and knew how to take care of her tables. The food was good and the Rita's are worth the price.
When my food arrived I remembered why I have only been here twice in the 11 yrs I've lived here. One other time to dine and once for drinks. The service was great, our waitress Kiersten was fabulous, big smile and very courteous. A Patio TV dinner looks more appetizing than the curdled looking sour creme sauce on my chicken that tasted like a big gravy fail!....no Bon Appetite here!
Yummy Americanized Mexican. ? I had the enchiladas with both sour cream and Verde sauce. The portions were large and provided me with 2 meals. We also had the queso which felt like the least authentic dish we tried, but if you like more of a texmex chili con question vibe, it's really good. Plenty of space to sit and park. I would absolutely come again.
Food is delicious and you get plenty of it! Service could be a little more attentive....moderate prices.
Maybe it was an off day, but my food was not great. The waitstaff were good and took care of us, but honestly my meal just was not great. It wasn't horrible but I probably won't be eating here again. Good sweet tea! Prices were good too.
My daughter and I went in to dine the food was good but we order Beef Hamburger on our taco salads and receivedBeef Fajitas meat instead. We liked everything else!!It'll be a while before we go back.. Hopefully, the waiter will be gone since he can't take orders correctly..Y'all Have A Good Day!!
My mother and I used to go here a lot when I was younger. So, we decided to stop by like old times. We got two Lg. Beef Taco Salads, guacamole, queso, along with the complimentary chips and dips.We should have just munched on the chips and dips that we got, because they were super good. They brought out the wrong kind of salad- we received fajita meat salads. We aren't the type to complain, so we accepted it. But, it didn't taste good at all. The fajita meat was super dry, and the taco shell bottom was soggy and gross like it had been sitting in water.Again, didn't want to make a deal about it, ate around the soggy bits. Time to leave, and eventhough we both said beef taco salads, and he repeated beef taco salad to both of us, we were charged for fajita meat salads which added an extra $10 onto the bill.Overall, I didn't appreciate the experience. I'm sure things would have been fixed if I was more of a up front type person.. but, really you shouldn't go to a place and expect them to fix things. You expect the right order the first time.
Very disappointed at this restaurant and it’s employees. I didn’t realize that the employees were thief’s...my 10 year old daughter accidentally left her ear pods SHE GOT FOR CHRISTMAS and one of the staff decided it was okay to pocket them. It’s pretty pathetic that a full grown adult would steal from a child. I know nothing will be done so I will make it abundantly clear that your restaurant is a terrible place for children and it’s full of thief's. You lost my business
Today my family of 17 came in for dinner after a viewing at Neal Funeral Home. Our server Josh was amazing! He was friendly, accommodating and quick. The food was hot and tasty. We didn't wait an hour for our food and were all entertained by Josh's wit and good humor. On such a somber day, Josh brought smiles and laughter to our group. Thank you Josh for everything!
some of the best flautas I have ever had.
