Great Service Great Food Made our Family 4th of July Celebration Perfect. I placed the order of 6 individual plates 2 meats 2 sides early on the 4th. The Food Tracker was spot on. Horrible food. Little ratio. Food was not fresh and food was even cold. The portion given was less than you would get in a kids meal. Literally paid $30 bucks for kids meal portion and cold food and they were out of pork and brisket but didn't tell you they were out of almost all the sides as well until we paid. Will never eat at another especially this one. ?
I walked in to the shell to get a gas receipt saw this place and decided I'd try them out being that I was very hungry. I browsed the menu and saw a brisket plate which sounded good at the moment. After looking at the menu board for a couple of moments I looked over at guy behind the counter. He was on his cell phone. He said nothing to me to acknowledge my presence as a customer. After giving him a look as if to say...."are you gonna apologize, acknowledge me, then take my order" he gave me the 1 finger gesturing me to hold on!I just left. I thought to myself if he was that unprofessional then I'd better not eat here.This place put a very bad taste in my mouth and absolutely no taste at all!
I’m a truck driver I’ve stopped here for dickeys several times since it’s been open. Rarely do they have any menu items. The last 4 times I stopped in what I want off the menu they don’t have so I order something else they don’t have. Then ask what they have and it’s minimal if you never have it take it off the menu
Was off on a back route from Houston to Beaumont and came across this Dickey's. Happy I did! Great food at a great price and my kids are all full. Randy served us fast, even though it was busy, and he did a phenomenal job. ? Very happy travelers.
