This dairy queen really needs a make-over. It looks terribly run down. Every time I go there it seems it has a new manager & new workers. I use to like to stop here for a peanut buster parfait. This time when I stopped for one. I ordered my parfait but as a pecan buster parfait because I am not a fan of peanuts & this is how I always order it. The girl taking the order hands me the parfait & I see something creamy brown looking in it. I asked what it was. She replies, "You said peanut butter parfait right?" lol. NO, I said Pecan Buster Parfait" She says, this is it.I ask, why does it have melted peanut butter in it. She replies, It's a peanut butter parfait, this is how we always make it" ROFL. No darlin' it is not. So funny.Another lady came to the window & asked if there was a problem, I asked about peanut butter being put in the parfaits now. She had no idea what I was talking about because they do not put peanut butter in the parfaits, she says, ROFL.She takes the parfait back & she redoes it herself & just gives the other girl a look. Wow.But the owners need to update their restaurant, the drive thru & their parking & make sure the ones working the ice cream knows how the ice cream dishes are made, :)
Fries are old and cold, got my burger wrong. Chili is barely warm. FIX YOUR DRIVE THROUGH SPEAKER
They are out of ice cream at 7:30 pm , can someone fix this issue ????
They are a friendly group of employees that work there at night. I really enjoyed my experience at that Dairy Queen.
Everything is usually really good but the fries they use just don't make the grade.
My three kids and I came to this Dairy Queen and the service we received was phenomenal. There seemed to be three employees working the store and made sure customer service came first. I could not be more impressed by them. One gentleman and two girls. Hands down to them and thank you very much. I just moved to town & am extremely relieved I can bring my kiddos here to eat and trust that the service and food will be good.
Absolutely awesome! This location has done a wonderful job and has done a full 180 in terms of service. Great job to all the students and workers who run this location.
Disappointed in this DQ , Taco’s we’re good , wife’s Belt buster was good . The counter lady was a bit rude as in no patients. The French fries tasted like they cooked a fish in the vat or to many steak fingers , more like old oil . In my experience managing a chain of Sonics the swamp side vats 3 of them each separate for its own product . Fries tots for one , steaks chicken corn dogs for the other 2 . The fountain the brix was off on the carbonation to syrup ratio . Out of 5 or 6 booths , trays boats drink cups left on 3 of the tables . My disappointment was the fries and the appearance of the store when we walked in and the cashier . 11/01/2021 Approximately 1:30 pm
Love the vast choices of a sugar fix!!They r so sweet to give my dog a puppy cup. She loves it here too. She gets excited when I pull into the parking lot.
Food was cold . Oder was not what I paid for. And I after told to pull around park it was to be brought to.In witch after about 20 min .I had to go in to get it. Just to get cold food definitely want eat there again.
