The young man with the mullet basically told me I was lying when I told him I was missing 1 rib, I make 100,000 a year, I got better things to do than steal a rib and deal with disrespect won't be back no robby I'm not rich but I give alot away, and no my add on rib to my 3 meat plate was not there, but sometimes it's good business to just listen ,, I see why mullet has his attitude because you have yours and stop Bringing God into it,, he has nothing to do with a small mistake
My four sisters and I was on a sister’s trip in Cleveland and we were looking for a barbecue place and we came across Bailey barbecue everything was delicious and we had to go and get more food when I tell you the ribs and brisket were tender and delicious will be coming back from Houston Tx for more!!!!! Don’t forget your dessert thank you for having such awesome customer service!!!!!
My brother and I waited at counter for a while to place our order, guy with mullet just ignored us. He was playing in the food , moving empty bread racks around anything he could to not help us, we waited so long and he never said one word to us we just walked out.Several times we have been andThey dont give you fork or spoon to eat your side , no napkins, i always ask for extra pickle, to my suprise i dont get any condiments, when you order the sampler your suppose to get bread not given at times. You pay to much for this kind of service.Just seems service has declinedTo bad i use to like this place
The ribs were cooked perfectly! We thought the green beans were a standout (spicy AND garlicky), and the pulled pork too. (There was a small spat at our table over whether someone ate more than their fair share!) Prices are super reasonable and the staff is efficient and friendly. Great place-we’ll totally be back next time we’re in town!
Went to Baileys about 3pm 1 table had people at it and another had an employee at it eating McDonald's. Order food went to sit down and every table was dirty. So slow but yet tables weren't clean! Do the employees not know we are still in pandemic. Then the food not what it use to be, chopped beef way to salty and the potatoe salad way to much mustard and if it is possible the sausage and the ribs had so much smoke flavor it over powered the meat

My last visit wasn't very good. People were great, but the loaded potato I got was far from loaded. I got 2 for take out and one was for my husbands lunch at work. There was such little meat on it. I was really disappointed.
Mine and my husbands first time here I had the ribs and mild sausage which was great my husband had the brisket sandwich OMG freaking fabulous a baby can eat their ribs so juicy and full of flavor fall off the bone tender. My husband said his sandwich had lots of meat and was flavorful and juicy. We can’t wait to come back Thank you!

I picked up a 6 piece dinner of ribs along with beans, coleslaw and deserts….. absolutely nothing but the best the wife and I have had in years. The personnel were accommodating as if they were my family.Can’t brag enough about the food and people. 10 stars.Love to see this quality from our little town in Texas.
