was impressed with the mac and cheese
The fish sandwich was awfult. Tatar sauce was hot, cheese was not melted. Order was wrong after telling them more than once. We actually threw away the whole meal because of the hot tatar sauce and did not want to get food poisoning. The tea was hot, fries were cold. Spents $20.00 and threw away. Will never go back.
So my Arby's experience today was very low level. I ordered a wrap asking specifically for no onions or sauce even telling the menu attendant that I am allergic to onions. After being in the drive thru line for 18 minutes, I get a wrap with extra sauce and full of onion. Thanks Arby's no dinner and out 9 bucks.
Do you have to special request the Au Ju when ordering the French Dip? Agh!!!!
Out of Arby's sauce! Disappointment! And they only mention that after you order.
I don’t understand how it is this slow and they still get your order wrong. And they are out of soooo much. Do t get me wrong the sandwich was what I wanted except no Mayo or Swiss cheese but the roast beef was amazing as always.

How can Arby's be out of its own sauce? You would think that they would have a plan in place to keep that from happening. We asked for 5 Arby's sauce they told us ok. Paid and got food. Than we were told they were out of sauce and forks for the salad we ordered. We were offered a spoon
