I mean WOW. We spend $60 at this place for them to completly ruin this order and won't fix it. Won't replace nor issue a refund becuase the cashier said she was correct. Well the time we came before the drinks were watered down. This guy said he was the owner got on the phone and argued me down that was not the case. He also hung up on me and then told me there was nothing he could do about preparing our food wrong and leaving food out. Save your money....there are many other Mexican places in Cleveland to eat that care about the customer. How can you be so disrespectful to people supporting your business. Trust me go elsewhere
The food was delicious and the service was perfect! We got our food quickly and our drinks were never empty. Our server checked on us several times but did not hover over us and let us enjoy our meal. With 6 children, sneaking away for a lunch date can be difficult, so it was nice to have such a good experience.
My wife and I had another great dinner and awesome service from Jose. The variety of dishes makes each visit a whole new experience with your choices of meats, from beef to seafood. Served by our Jose with his friendly and professional attitude. All of the staff is very attentive and fills our every desire with the wonderful margaritas.
Amazing food at an affordable price! Service is EXCELLENT! ask for JOSE! He is a Fantastic Server! Attentive without being smothering! We ask for his area everytime we come. You should too!
Love this place. Of the 2 big mexican restaurants in Cleveland, this one is good on price and options vs portions. My husband and I shared a fajita platter for 2... next time we may just get a single and share it. There was enough quality meats that we ate till we popped... and then still had plenty for lunch the next day.
Won't go there again....took my mom there one day. Little service, the food wasn't hot, ordered beef fajitas for 2 and I got mostly onions. Probably 4 peices if fajita meat for each of us. The rest of it was onions. I left a 10$ tip out of curiosity because my mom is a waitress so that's just not right. But if my mom wasn't a waitress I would have left no tip.
Great food and really great service. One of the better restaurants in Cleveland. A little hidden nugget and the prices are so much better then other Mexican restaurants in Cleveland. Kudos to all of the staff members. Drinks are really good. Especially at their prices.
We were there for a bridal party dinner. The food was not at room temperature and a little under coordinated. Should have had servers that spoke English to hear people's request. We were told the food was great here. I guess that ulis left up to the individual who eats there.
While driving through from Houston, we stopped here to eat. It was great. I usually don't enjoy the beans and rice but their's was delicious. The salsa was very good too.
The place was very nice, not busy. My wife loved the salsa, and service was prompt and with a smile. My wife got the chicken diablo and I got the tortuga avacado. Both dishes were fantastic and just the right amount of spice. Flavorful to boot. We will definitely be visiting again if in them neck of the woods. I recommend this place for some good food.
