This place went downhill. The food was prepped poorly and the staff was awful. Went through drive through and the employee told me "hold on"... After a few minutes I asked if I could proceed with ordering and he responded "whatever, yeah, go ahead" with a tsk kinda noise out of his mouth and just poured out attitude the rest of the order. I, with much difficulty, remained professional, just to drive up and find the manager standing next to the employee working the coms telling jokes and sipping on soda. This is the better experience I've had in the last few visits.
The food was amazing. The service was ok.
Waited in line to order (no one in front of us) for about 10 minutes. We waited 57 minutes (12:30 - 1:27) for food. There was only one person seated at a table. Watched about 6 people walk in and wait to order and leave before anyone got to them.The lady working the front was very nice but unfortunately between clearly working multiple positions, she couldn't speed up the process.
Good food and great customer service, which is really hard to find. Check them out.
OMG the wings were the BOMB DIGGITY.AND THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME EATING THERE.THEY FORGOT ONE OF MY ORDERS BUT WERE VERY QUICK TO MAKE IT RIGHT.THIS FOOD IS AMAZING AND I LOOK FORWARD TO EATING THERE VERY SOON.
We had a great experience! The food was fresh, the restaurant was clean, and the staff was SUPER friendly. We will definitely return.
Delicious salad and an easy way to avoid traditional drive-thru calorie packed meals. The salads we ordered were fantastic.
They always provide great food. I think they're dealing with the same staff shortages as most places right now but still do their best to get the line moving and a quality meal. This is the best chicken maybe alongside CFA. Only issue is they really need to calibrate and/or fix their Coke Freestyle machine. It consistently has off-tasting soda/diet coke.
Horrible Zaxby’s location. I’m from Georgia and this doesn’t taste like Zaxby’s AT ALL!!! Corporate need to come fix this mess. I am furious. Dry chicken???? No sauce on wings???? All the food tastes microwaved. Justice for this place!!!!
Had sat in the drive tru for about 35 mins and gave no one food till then (to anyone). They had no costumers inside and would tell people order to wait when you pull up.4 people already left by the time typing this out. They gave no reason for the wait.I like the food but the service is definitely not on par. Also got 2 different drinks and both tasted like pure carbonation.
