I come here when I basically just need a wing fix. I really don't have much to say about it because I'm pretty basic when it comes to chicken wings.I'm a buffalo hot, blue cheese dipping, transplant from New York that likes my wings one way... The only way... The Buffalo Way.
I am a Wingstop guy! I always gone for wings with them anywhere in Texas.Today I called to place an order over the phone at this location. A guy answered and when I asked if I could place my order he said yes, but food it will take about 30 minutes. I said great, (I had a bit of a drive to do due to the 183 and Anderson Mill location being closed, dunno why?) he proceded to say he will put me on hold and the cashier will take my order. So i drove while on wait and after 12-13 minutes of driving I made it to the location before they pick up my on hold call. Got inside the place and 3 people were waiting for their food while another in line in front of me ordering food and finally me. I placed my order with the cashier and it took probably 20-60 seconds a combo for two and that was it, no special requests. I just wished the guy who answered would've make sure someone (the girl at the register) took care of the call on hold. The place was not that busy or overwhelmed to not be able to do so or politely DECLINE taking orders over the phone if so.Food was great as always no complains on that, and the lady who helped me at the register was kind to me. I mean no ill intent here. Just good honest feedback.
Absolutely horrible phone service. Called and tried to place an order for pick up. Rude employee answered. I asked what the wait time was on a pick up order and then I got yelled at saying that there’s only 3 employees. I’m not sure what that conversion to wait time is but before I could find out, he said to hang on for one minute as he’s busy. After a minute on hold, Wingstop hung up on me. I really just wanted to try some Voodoo fries.
This was my first time at this location. I really like the Hawaiian flavor. I have to say that those were the smallest wings I've ever had. Service was good, very busy takeout.
Called on 2/26/21 and spoke to 2 representative, a female and male, and they were both extremely rude. Both put me on hold to take another customer in the middle of my order.
How can a wingstop on a Saturday night have a 2 to 2.5 hour wait on wings to go??? No special games, no events??? Just poor management.
Beware as of the moment the chicken thighs are not full-size chick thighs as advertised on wing stops menu. Ordered before had no issue ordered today and I had to check my order I thought I received extra wings ?
Damn tasty spot for wings. If you are wanting to be adventurous, try the thighs. Super crispy. Great skin. Sooooo much flavor!
Food is normally ok, but the staff is frustrating to work with. I submitted an order online. It doesn't allow you to select flappers vs drums when you add 5 extra wings to an order, but it lets you select when you are buying the main portion, for the main portion only. I called to ask for them make sure the 5 extra wings were flappers. Was told they can't adjust the order. I told them I was looking to adjust it, I wanted the same amount, just out of my 30 wings (5 of which were extra), to make sure the 5 plain ones were flappers. Nope, can't adjust the order in the system. No common sense of what is physically doable or sense of customer service. 5 wings that didn't even need sauce, just set them to the side. Nope, that is changing the order. And yes I understand they normally charge to make it specific, which i would pay for if the option was there, but with no option, i couldn't. Yet they don't care, you get what you get... Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
