Previous employee here. The environment is great! The managers do care about their employees and work HARD to make sure scheduling conflicts can be resolved. It stays busy here, so there is good money to be made.My only, honest, complaint is that a lot of customers are VERY rude and have little regard for manners. As a customer, you should ALSO be treating your server as kind as possible as well, regardless of circumstance.Would recommend eating, and/or working here. This was an amazing opportunity for me, and I encourage others to take the same opportunity.
NC native truck driver. Wanted to compare In and out to whataburger. Stopped in for lunch. Got the pattymelt combo and the buffalo ranch chicken strip sandwich. There's no contest. Whataburger is far superior. Fries were great. Especially with the creamy pepper sauce. The sandwiches were both stellar. Only issue was the chocolate shake. Pretty bland. Still though 10/10
I have only ordered curbside pickup at this location, but my order and the service has been perfect every time.
I visited this location on 22 March 2022. The store was very clean and didn't have that smell of a fast-food restaurant. The young man behind the counter greeted me and waited till I was done reviewing the menu before asking what I would like to order. I liked this because, I do not like to be rushed. I sat down and casually observed what was happening in the restaurant. I noticed a young lady that was giving instructions and helping fill orders. The young man hand carried the food to my table and was very polite. I asked to speak with the manager and had a casual conversation. She informed me that she had been working at the location for a long time and truly enjoyed her job. This was very evident in the presentation of the establishment. Clean, prompt service, and friendliness during the visit. If you happen to be hungry, I recommend the Taquitos for breakfast.
The fries tasted ashy, like they had been left out for a little while. The fries were lukewarm, and they were unable to make a chocolate malt that night. Personally, I don't care if they were truthful or not--the malt machine being cleaned isnt really an issue for me, just an add on.
Dare I say it, better than the other fast food burger places? Texas bias showing thru. Dr Pepper Milk shake is pretty tasty too!
Great as always with very friendly service. The food was not too hot and not at all cold. I love the fries and I would definitely eat here again
This location has always been top notch. I wish the lobby was still open at 6 am. Other than that it's a great place.
Curbside meal was brought out pretty quickly and was hot and fresh and accurate. Hope they find some employees as eating in is not available currently and that's the best part of late night Whataburger
Every time I come here, I’m treated by the nicest people. Also my food is always hot and fresh. Special s/o to Shawn who always gets the job done!
