Simply the absolute best fast food burger anywhere hands down !!!
I know that this is just fast food but this place is ridiculous. You have less than a 50% chance of receiving your order correctly. As far as fast food goes I like Whataburger, but this particular location isn't worth the aggravation. This most recent trip I repeated my order numerous times to someone being incredibly rude and unprofessional. I pulled around to speak to the manager only to find that the incredibly unprofessional person that I had been speaking to was in fact the manager. There are way too many options to have to deal with people like this. Do your self a favor and keep driving.
Gourmet burgers! Fries! Iced Tea!
No customers on the lobby no cars in the drive thru and still took them 25 minutes to do my order and it was like 10 people working. They said they were waiting on the fries and the fries were old. Another occasion they took forever to do a simple order and when i got it some if the fries were still frozen. You dont make two good employees out the 10 including the manager. Couple of workers have no hair net and kind play around with their hair whe they are in the kitchen. I love whataburger but this is just not a good location it needs some attention.
Amazing food, but this was the second time in a week they messed up my order. I ordered a regular chicken sandwich and they gave me a spicy one. I do not like spice. They were fast to fix it though.
I rarely complain about service at Whataburger, because we enjoy their food so much. But this one takes the cake. Ordered very simple breakfast sandwiches. Two cars in front of us still sitting waiting for their order. Two employees standing at the window not doing anything, and a third employee walking to the other two vehicles trying to hand OUR food to them. We watched this employee try to give our food to the people waiting in front of us. Once they came back to us, there was no apology, not a word. Just the bag handed over to us. I just find it in horrible taste that they had customers hands on our food bag before it finally came back to us. ALSO, the fact that the two customers in front of us still hadn’t gotten their orders before us. What’s really going on?!P.S. also want to add that we asked for picante and got a TON of ketchup…Horrible service at this location. Very disappointed
Popular location because they serve up hot, fresh food. Be prepared to wait a minute at lunch because they do such a great job. The honey BBQ chicken strip sandwich is my favorite.
Just got an order with the worst fries. I know times are hard but have some pride Whataburger.
Be careful in the drive through when they have you pull forward. The last 2 times I was there they gave my meal to someone else. After figuring that out (15 min later) they had to remake my meal. You would think that would bump your order to the front of the line... but no, it took another 15 min to get it out. I sat and watched the drive through line of 8 cars flush out before they brought my meal out to me. No urgency for correcting an error and I all got was a "sorry about that"
Just not good. Fries literally taste a day old. They were cold and not good. The burger had no flavor, was cold, and didn't even taste like a burger. I ate here about a month ago and it was bad then. I figured I would try it again. I will never eat here again. Literally the worst place I've ever had a burger at.
