Came in here pulling a trailer with a dually. Their narrow drive-thru made this unnavigable. At this hour the dining room was closed. Nothing else was really open at the time. I made contact with an employee to ask if they would help me. I'm sure glad that they did. They came out and took my order and then brought my food to me. I really appreciate the service. Shout-out to the extremely friendly and helpful crew. Thanks for understanding and allowing me to order.
Ordered a single hamburger and salad took over 15 minutes waiting at the window then asked to move around and they would bring it out to is we did and after another 10 minutes nothing came out so my girlfriend went in and saw a bag sitting there and asked them if it was our food the employee looked in and said yes handed it to her and she got no sorry or anything! They would have never brought it out to us! Horrible service! And my hamburger and fries where barely warm and the also did not put any plastic ware for my girl to eat her salad had we not already been driving down the road I would have demanded a refund! Absolutely terrible!
These guys are fast! Even when the drive-thru looks slammed they've got your back. I was there for around 5-7 minutes from placing my order to driving aways happily with my food even when the drive-thru was busy.Great location!
We were coming from a club in Domain at about 3:30am & decided to go for a breakfast/snack. When we pulled in there we’re about 5-6 cars in front of us in the drive through. After standing for about 20 minutes & with out moving an inch, we noticed that the 2 cars behind us backed up and left, so we decided to do the same. We backed up and went to a different Whatetburger.
I hate to review this location but here we go.... This location make everything as good as expected and the customer service is great. While other Whatabuger locations have long wait lines, this one has the least wait times for both lunch and dinner, so this location is my hidden gem.
People were friendly and fast.. They were busy but the quality of customer service and food was Not sacrifice.. Enjoy..
Our families favorit Whataburgers there is one closer to our home but has extremely poor service. This location has not gotten our order wrong as of yet.
ALWAYS SLOW. And about half the time they don’t get my order right. I don’t order crazy things, but they can’t fulfill a simple order. Drive through takes 25min sometimes at lunch!
i like whataburger, but the service at this location is terrible. my food always comes out cold, and they either slather it with too much sauce, or they don't put any at all. the breakfast menu is terrible, and they never give you sauces, even when you ask.
One of out favorite places. The whataburger my husband and I had was Soo fresh! I got the jalapeno burger. Boy was that tasty. The fries were also fresh. Taste like potatoes, not cardboard. Gotta try this place!!
