If food was all you needed to gain stars... They have a rating of about 4... However shift managers Destiny and Desiree make thos place a less desirable place to visit. Not it only are they unprofessional in dealing with their fellow employees, they are very ignorant in the laws of employment. I will be reporting their actions to the regional corporate office. No one should be represented in this manner.
Sometimes my fries are old and they forget some of my food, but it's still good and I keep coming back lol.
I had a Dave's triple with cheese and jalapenos with medium fries. Freaking delicious, I forgot just how good Wendy's burger are! The wife and kid also enjoyed their meals..
The chili here today was pretty bad. Had to throw it away. I think they just took 10 left over burgers from last night and threw in the pot.
when I got home order was wrong so i decided to call and one of two things happened 1. there was no manager there or 2. The manager did not want to speak to me or did not speak English. I will not be coming back to this location. Oh and also while I was waiting to speak to the manager the kid did not put me on mute and I heard him say "do you want me to give him your real name or a fake name"100% lost my business along with my families
Of course we were asked to pull up and wait. And they screwed up the order anyway. The food was good but I ordered a chicken croissant and got sausage and egg instead.
Staff is friendly. Unbelievable breakfast. Fresh biscuits soft and fluffy. All food is prepared neatly.
The nuggets are the best thing they have but they used to have this really awesome ranch sauce to get them in I don't know why they had to change of everything but I am going to let you know that I am complaining about this
Staff is a bit off. Gives the idea they are indifferent. Kinda zombies.Food was good though. Burger was well done, and the new fries are tasty.
I use to eat here all the time until I received a STAPLE in my Dave’s triple combo with bacon, I went in for a simple refund and an explanation yet I was given neither only a long list of excuses for why they won’t give me a refund and excuses for how that’s impossible because they don’t even use staplers in the building and it must be from the meat supplier. After having no help at all I ask who is the manager and they say she’s not here and then pretend to be on the phone with corporate until they say “sorry nobody’s answering” and proceed to give me a Wendy’s gift card for $5 that didn’t even work. I am only posting so that others may know how you treat your customers after something as serious as that, imagine trying to swallow a staple or digging it out of your gums like I had to.
