So I go to get the family a couple bags of burgers and and they don't have drink carriers OK. I get home and find that every that every order has half of the fries that they're supposed to have and the sandwiches are cold. I guess I should have suspected that this was gonna happen when I was placing my order and strangely enough the person I was talking to couldn't understand that I wanted my sandwich plane low and behold I get to the window and here's the person I originally talk to And of course the he speaks no English and can barely apologize to me that he speaks no English they must have barely taught him how to count to 11 today taking my meal number is not taking my order. I'm for everyone having a job but that is not the person I want to talk to. I called the phone to complain after the 4th time they answered and hung up I called several more times the phone will not accept messages I guess it wouldn't matter since my local Wendy's cannot employ anyone that can speak English This is unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!????
I'm not sure what happened to this wendy's. The soft drink machine was broken. There were no napkins, straws, etc. The place was filthy. You actually stuck to the floor in a couple places. Dirt and food were all over the floor.I have no idea what has happened to Wendy's. This isn't the first location that I have visited recently that had a broken drink machine and was dirty. It appears that they have a serious management problem. If someone responsible were to walk into these places, they would fix it immediately or shut it down.
Ordered on app for family dine in, dine in closed in the middle of the afternoon. No sign posted. Went through drive thru. Missing a burger, and add-ons. Food was terrible. Probably the worst experience ever at a Wendy's.
I ordered food it was discussed I have never had food that was that disgusting from Wendy’s before and the mod did not care at all
I ordered a southwest grilled chicken salad without bacon as a combo. Fast, friendly service. It's cool you can order the salad as a combo with drink and fries. Dine-inis possible. #glutenfree
Great experience. Employee and manager were very nice and professional. Wendy's has such good chili and they definitely made it worth while with the cheese and onions and the crackers on the side. Awesome!
Order was right minus one item. ( I get it ) went back personal apologized and make it right the second time with no arguments which I have had with other establishments. Workers are hard to find and I feel the ones that are still working with that kinda attitude need to be retained l. Thank you
This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. They are always slow, always, so I ordered ahead in the app thinking that would speed things up. Nope. I waited for 20 minutes for my food, and when you only have a 30 minute lunch break, that’s no fun. And they got my order wrong. The point of the app is to make things faster and ensure accuracy, but this Wendy’s still manages to fail.
Terrible experience, when I got to the window she told me my total was 25.12 and I thought that was a little high so asked for my receipt which said my total was 22.35 so I asked why she charged me 25.12 and she told me because she gave me 2 coupons which I had never asked for ,so I asked for my correct change which she threw a fit over and took forever to return to me. Will not ever be returning to that Wendy’s something funny going over there
They have the fancy drink machine that supposedly offers 100+ drink combinations. However, they had 2 diet drinks (some turbo water and unsweet tea). There were almost no variety of drinks available. The Dave's Single has shrunk between 20-30% since the last time I was in a Wendy's (elsewhere). The staff was nice and the place was clean.
