We had a delicious and healthy meal here! Highly recommend. And we had Gabe help us figure out what to order. He was so kind, helpful, and full of positive energy. We will be coming back :)
Such a yummy place! Loved my superfood bowl! So dense and creamy. The tropical bowl was yummy too.
The bowl was amazing and extremely well proportioned as to the fruits and other ingredients provided.The cup of fruit is hard to mess up and came as expected.The PB&J with Chia is amazing and will definitely be a common breakfast item for me.Overall 10/10. Ordered Saturday through Uber Eats took 1 1/2 hours to arrive and it was really good. First time eating here and was super excited to try it again Sunday after our Spartan race on the way home. Upon leaving Burnet, Tx I put in a online order and order was confirmed. Set the pickup time for 12:30. Arrived at 12:30 and to my amazement they were not open. The door said they opened at 9am. Looked in the window and nobody was there. Was a real disappointment to drive out of our way and have them closed. Will not be coming back! Hopefully that order will be cancelled. Food was great customer service is horrible.
Ordered power pesto chicken bowl and asked for no onions. Received the bowl without chicken or pesto but it did have onions. Tried to double charge me as well. Wish I had caught this before leaving the store. Food was good, but not what I ordered.
Really sad this place has dropped so far in quality as it used to be the best option by far in the area for acai bowls. It looks like they've started doing this new thing of sticking giant frozen solid pieces of strawberry and banana in the puree to add more volume and save money. As others have complained about the wait times are ridiculously long and every time I go I see people leave bc of it. There is always only 1 person on staff and the customers they lose could easily pay for another staff member. Really disappointed as this used to be our favorite place.
was excited for BOGO bowls on national açaí day only to be denied the offer because cashier couldn’t figure out how to enter the code. Customer service and satisfaction was lacking to say the least. Will not be making the trip out here again.
The wait time was insane!!! And they got my order wrong took so long we couldn't even eat there. They packed everything for take out. The Juice was warm. My salad didn't even have the chicken. Total chaos!!!Feel bad for the kiddos but they definitely need help.

I've always loved Vitality Bowl.Now there's a new owner and new staff. After a order mess up through the app. They were so nice and made my order quicker than ever and we're so sweet!
