This place is always busy so we were very excited to try it! Depending on the time there won’t be a wait or a 30-40m wait. Our server Ashley was on point with bringing our food and checking on us.I was pleasantly surprised by the flavors! I am Latina and very pick with seasoning and this was fire! Definitely try the pork flavored beans. It was the best I ever had!
Rough visit. Started with a “pager” for the wait that went dead while we had it. When I walked back to the reception desk to ask about the pager, the gentleman stated he had buzzed us repeatedly already, like it was our fault their buzzer went dead.Ordered and food came. One of our orders was wrong and took about 45 minutes to come back. This was longer than the initial order took.I purchased food to also take home for a family member. Super long to receive, even though ordered right after initial food came. Cheese quesadillas and queso. Not only was the bill incorrect and overcharged us for both the queso and the quesadillas we ordered (upgraded quesadilla and extras added to the queso which we didn’t order), but when we opened the meal at the house, they forgot the queso.2.5 hours just to have lunch with all the issues, and didn’t even get the right food. The food we did get, was good— just wish it had been what we ordered, wish it had been timely, and wish we had been charged correctly and not overpaid. Here’s a pic of our $17 plain cheese quesadilla.
I am crazy about the chips and queso. I can’t stop. It as if I just want to eat that. The food is pretty good. But so much I can’t finish it all. Have to take left overs home. I recommend this place.
This is the best Tex Mex I’ve had in Cedar Park. The plate came out piping hot. The rib eye was fantastic. The enchilada was so cheesy. The refried beans weren’t runny and had great flavor. I actually can’t wait to go back here. I don’t know why it took me forever to try this place.
My first time eating here and boy was it yummy. If you're looking for authentic Mexican, this may not be your place but if you're looking for Tex-Mex.... Welcome home!!!I had the chicken enchiladas and my boyfriend had the nachos. We also have an appetizer of queso that was spiked with ground beef and guacamole (DELICIOUS).My enchiladas were delicious as were the nachos. The serving sizes are abundant so you'll definitely get full and the prices are super affordable (especially during lunch). Our waitress (Nora/Noreen), was super knowledgeable about the menu and made great suggestions. She was attentive and made sure my lemonade never went empty. She was truly a joy.The Manager also made it a point to visit our table and was even gracious enough to take our empty dishes.I'll definitely be heading back soon and if you're in the Lakeline area... You too short pay these amazing folks a visit. You're tummy will thank you.
It’s good enough but not something I will eat twice. No white cheese dip. The cheese dip they served was super thick. You had to force a chip into it. Salsa was super thick as well. Berms and rice were ok. Chicken chimichanga was actually pretty good. I had leaving low reviews as I know restaurants are struggling with the Covid deal but I have to keep it real. However, the things I listed above have nothing to do with covid. The restaurant was open, had good service, food was promptly served and seamed fresh and was hot. So the negative is just that the food is just not amazing or even above average. It’s just average. Sorry guys!
Extremely nice and attentive staff adding to a very pleasant ambience. I ordered the fajitas for 1. Little pricey for what you get, enough meat for 2 small tacos. The food overall was okay. Not bad, just okay. Worth a try I suppose.
The tortilla soup was as wonderful as we've grown accustomed. The fajitas were great, generous with the veggies, a bit light on the steak. Not typical, so I presume it was just a mistake this time. And Stefanie took great care of us, attentive and friendly. We will certainly be back again.
Came on a Sunday afternoon and waited for about 20 minutes to get a table - which we did not mind as this is one of our "go-to" Tex-Mex restaurants. The staff is nice and the establishment is clean. This trip, we ordered:Cup of Tortilla soup - I love how this is served at the table. The pour the broth over the soup ingredients in front of you. This soup is a warm welcoming comfort that I love to treat myself to. A must try.SHRIMP ENCHILADAS COZUMEL - A mild dish that is served with black beans. The enchiladas are overstuffed with shrimp and the sauce compliments them well. Recommended.Pros: Sunday brunch runs late, chips and salsaCons: Nothing I can think of
A understated lively experience in the cedar park / Jollyville area. Vibrant colors and personalities make the restaurant very enjoyable. Indoor and outdoor dinning with plenty of parking, shopping and access to the toll ways. The bar is a little light on the pours but the price is comparable to strength. It's not a 3 dollar house drink thats for sure. The chips and bread including the sopaillas are light and perfectly fried. The sour cream sauce is softly flavored with blended white cheese to compliment any dish, the enchiladas are to die for. Overall a wonderful lunch or dinner experience.
