Ordered through the drive through regular soft tacos. When I got home to eat them, the order was filled with Taco Supremes. The charge and receipt both say regular tacos. This is not the first time this taco bell has screwed up basic orders in the last few months. I cannot in good conscience recommend this taco bell due to their consistently messing up orders.
This is hands down, the WORST Taco Bell location that I have ever been to. Last Sunday, ordered three taco supremes, and a chicken quesadilla with extra sauce. I got three tacos with just meat and cheese on stale tortillas and a quesadilla with no sauce. I try to give them another shot with the same order, although everything was correct this time, the meat on the tacos had to come right out of the fridge from yesterday. Ice cold! Absolutely terrible management at this establishment. Do not go here!
On May 11th, I went through the drive through in the evening to feed my family supper. I have a fairly large family so I was placing a fairly large order, but the young lady at the drive through was exasperated. She sighed heavily and told me they were really short staffed. She sounded as though I was inconveniencing her with my order. I told her that I could just drive away (thinking she would apologize and just warn me that it would take a while to prep the order). Instead, she said, "ok."I did drive away. And I won't go back to this location.
I placed an order online for pickup. The order included a Taco Party Pack (12 tacos). When I pulled up to the window, I noticed my order was missing 10 tacos. The attendant at the window said that the party pack only rang up as two items, so that’s all they made. I kindly asked them to make the additional 10 tacos and they said they couldn’t … because it would mess up their inventory. I told them it was a little ridiculous to pay 20$ for 2 tacos, and they agreed, but they insisted there was no way they could help me. I asked for a manager. A manager came to the window and insisted there was nothing that they could do and that I would need to contact the “app” for a refund. I tried to reason with her, and pointed out how ridiculous the situation was, and she insisted that there was nothing they could do. They said they called their general manager, and that, over the phone, the GM said they couldn’t help. I didn’t want to hold up the line, as I’d been at the window about 10 minutes trying to reason with incompetent employees. When I made it home, I jumped on the mobile ordering site, but I cannot find a location to submit for a refund. I’ve frequented Taco Bell for years, and I’ve had several great interactions with the employees at this store, but this was absolutely ridiculous. Long story short, avoid ordering online … and don’t expect the team at this store to be helpful in any way if you have a problem.
We walked in. Employees saw us, but instead of greeting and helping us they walked off and pretended to be busy in the back. We were eventually forced to use the annoying kiosk to order. Some of the food was cold and the amount of chicken we got in our food was much less than normal. Will probably look for other taco Bell's in the future
The last two times I went there I became very ill. The last time I ate there, a few weeks ago, I had so many "digestive problems" that I missed two days of work. I gave them Another shot tonight, and quickly became nauseous again. Hopefully it doesn't deteriorate like last time.Edit: As of an hour ago it deteriorated into vomiting.
This is the 4th time I have come to this Taco Bell and they have made the quesadilla incorrectly. This 4th time I even let the rep know that the past few times have been made with the gross chipotle sauce and I asked they make sure it’s done correctly this time. She responded saying it comes with creamy jalepeno and I said , “good. Please make sure they do it right”. Well, they didn’t. This time around it had NO SAUCE. I’m extremely frustrated and would like my meal to be compensated completely. It was about $10. They don’t answer the phone so I was not able to call them to ask for a refund or to correct the matter with a credit.
Food from this location has made me violently ill twice now. I tried to contact the manager, but the doors are locked and they never answer the phone. The staff is incredibly rude. Avoid this location until there is a complete staff change over because they obviously don't care for the food properly.
Tried calling but no one answered after 3 calls. With how many preservatives are in their tortillas it makes you wonder how old these were. Disgusting.
this is why taco bell will NEVER get close to mcdonalds breakfast traffic.CONSISTENTLY do not open even close to the posted hours.They are fine when they manage to open, but repeatedly I have gone to get breakfast here (many times) and they haven't managed to open. The breakfast here is actually good, but it's not very good when you plan on having breakfast at your local restaurant and they can't be bothered to open.
