Service here has gone way way down sadly just like most fast food style restaurants. I don't visit much but the kids asked for tacos and I had been wanting a throw back Mexican pizza... but alas they were "still sold out" I've been trying to get one 2 or 3 times a week since they were brought back. No such luck.Order at a kiosk... pick up food from counter after your name is yelled. I guess for what it is it works.Oh- check your stuff too.Paid for extra chicken again... 1.70 each on 2 chicken chalupas and there was like no chicken at all. They seemed irritated when we took it back up there but paying almost 7 dollars for a taco full of lettuce and tomato isn't cool.

I appreciate the deal on Taco Tuesday.I always ask for the meat to be DRAIN, & I would wait in the parking lot, & walk to the drive-thru window. because the Taco shells get so wet that the meat falls thru.So I give myself a TIME- OUT AWAY FROM TACO TUESDAY. THANK YOU
It is fine. It is Taco Bell. Though the menu text could be a little larger. And they should spend some effort to create a proper flow of cars through the drive through since the sit down area isn't open.
I mean Taco Bell is Taco Bell… this location is pretty consistent with what I expect from fast food. I went through the drive through which was fast. There were 4 cars in front of me and I still waited less than 5 minutes. So that’s pretty good and everything in my order was correct. I also like Taco Bell because every now and then I will have a craving for the Baja blast so that means a trip to Taco Bell.
Terrible service and NEVER GET DOORDASH! They ignore your order prioritizing literally everyone above you. Even if you show up they still make you wait until all orders are done. They do nothing but push excuses off on you and are rude and ignorant. Can only imagine how terrible they treat the food as well.
Better off going the the location down the street! Sad seems they are just hiring anyone at this location now, due to the lack of care, always messing up my order missing items just horrible service over all! Used to be the best location in town:(
It looks like they just threw random stuff to my order. How hard is it to get 6 locos supremes? None tacos where supremes, some tacos where crunchy instead of locos, and some tacos was not even tacos. Avoid at all costs.
Taco Bell's are ok for a quick taco. I enjoy hard shell tacos and nachos.
They move too fast and don’t care about making sure things are right. They ALWAYS get my order wrong. Apparently here they don’t know the difference between tacos and taco supremes. Unhelpful management refused to refund my order unless I wasted more of my night driving back instead of putting my kids to bed. 20 dollars wasted on a meal I didn’t get to enjoy, and they overcharged me in the first place. I’ll be going to the other locations from now on.
