Worst manager ever. Waited over an hour for a sandwich. Asked for the manager, turns out it was the blonde woman who put together my sandwich. If you can’t do the basic job for your store, you don’t deserve to be the manager. Plain and simple. Worst manager ever. Worst employee ever. This is a Karen as a manager if I ever saw one.
This is my neighborhood Subway, and my daughter's #1 favorite place to get food. The service is always friendly and efficient. Recently the quality of the food has been astounding. It's been far fresher than normal and I've really been blown away by the quality. I have other favorite sub sandwich places and recently this Subway has been getting close to those other spots with their increased quality.
WOW, WTH happened to my favorite Subway.This used to be my favorite location. Went in the other day to find 4 employees. 1 holding on to the register, 1 making sandwiches, 2 milling around doing nothing visible. 1 guy in front of us in line. 10 minutes later, still waiting for them to finish his order. When the 1 guy working finally asked what I wanted and I told him it turned out, they had NO WRAPS, NO TOMATOE and there was NO TURKEY that wasn't frozen. Are you kidding? It's noon and you haven't thawed the meat? You can't make a turkey with avocado wrap? HEB is right down the street, take some petty cash and go get some for god sake. It was at this point we said forget it and walked out.I'll ask again, what happened to my favorite location?
I love Subway, their Cold Cut Combo, can't bet it.
Ben was working. Waited 1 hour and 45 minutes in the bathroom and he never came to wash my hands. My sandwhich also came with bread when I clearly asked for a sandwhich and not bread. -10/10 I will not be dining here again. I will however return for 25 free cookies. Good day!
The person behind the counter was very courteous and the order was done properly. The restaurant looked very clean and the food was delicious.
We ordered 4 sandwiches, after the only employee at that location finished all of our order, we're told only credit/debit cards accepted. But just a week prior there were no payment restrictions. We left work no good and they had product loss. Also lost our business.

The guy working the counter (manager, I think) was busy but super friendly. As a former sandwich artist many years ago, I know what a long line feels like and he did a spectacular job.1st time in awhile at this location for superb service. ?
