I tried this place out for the first time today. Ordered brisket with the corn casserole and mac-n-cheese. Everything was honestly chef's kiss!! I love brisket, and seriously out of all the BBQ places I've been too in Central TX this place tops all. The sides were just as good as the brisket. My friend I went with had the brussel sprouts, and the flavor was outstanding! Can't wait to come back! Let me add the employees were super friendly ?

I came across Mrs George Stephanie when she appeared as a guest on a Forex Podcast in USA. I was listening to and was very impressed with her straight forward approach and the principles of her trading strategy. My heart then told me to invest $3000 with her company as a trial. I was able to withdraw a profit of $32,000 after 7 days of trading. Mrs George Stephanie FX. make this possible, do well and reach out to her for a secure investment too... Glad we finally decided to give this place a try. The brisket and sausage were both excellent. Ribs were great, but not quite on the level of excellent. I really like the corn casserole and potato salad. The one thing I wasn't a big fan of was the Mac and cheese. It definitely didn't have enough cheesiness. This will definitely be on my regular rotation for BBQ.

Awesome brisket and nice people!

Amazing bbq in ATX! The sides were fantastic.

The food here is really good, we like to order a variety of sides and eat "family style" (hard to pick just a couple).Highlights for me are the pulled pork, brussel sprouts and corn casserole. The only reason I'm not giving this place 5 stars is because some things get heavy handed on the spiciness, for example, I ordered the regular sausage instead of the jalapeño one for my kids and it was still very spicy, of course... they didn't eat it.

WOW this place has it figured out. Everything is delicious. I’ve followed on Facebook for awhile and finally stopped in. The sandwiches are giant. The meats are incredible. The place is clean and the people are smiling and friendly. I wish I lived closer!

I’ve been on a personal mission to eat as much Texas BBQ as possible before the Lord calls me home & Stiles Switch has been on my radar for a while. Well, as the title of this review says, you cant win them all… On our way out of Austin today at the end of a short anniversary getaway we stopped by Stiles Switch BBQ in Cedar Park & it just wasnt very good. Fantastic brisket, brussels sprouts, & coleslaw. The ribs & sausage, however, were well below average today IMO, lacking any smoke flavor & tenderness (ribs) & tasting just blah (sausage). What saved this from being a 2 star experience was the order of smoked chicken wings in white sauce I added to my order & a couple of pieces of burnt ends that I was given unexpectedly. Stiles Switch has been on the Texas Monthly Top 50 list twice in the past, but today’s ribs & sausage was far from it.

This is pretty good BBQ. Ordered it delivered, but looking forward to having it in person. I tried several things to get the full experience. I'd grade the pulled pork sandwich 5*, I added their coleslaw (4*) to the sandwich and it was solid. The ribs were also very good (4*) and the potato salad was absolutely perfect (5*). That stuff is like crack. I didn't care for the pintos w/ brisket (3*) and I thought the brisket was overcooked (3*).All in all, some good BBQ and I look forward to trying it on location

The Staff were friendly and it was a comfortable experience to order and see the preparation. There was a friendly person working the register. The ribs are quite tasty, with a try! The sausage was good, yet the post it’s spicy. I have a different definition of Spicy. The slaw is ok, the Mix of people around here are German and Czech. As a rule they want a creamier slaw! I recommend this place, it is clean and you feel good about leaving. Understand this BBQ pricing is way up, you would think we do not grow cattle in the state of Texas! End of Review, Carry on.
