10 employees and waited 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were here. Apparently only one person takes the orders and the rest make the drinks.
Been going to this one for a couple years now. Very clean, friendly staff, pretty quick, never extremely busy inside.
Pistachio latte is good but I miss the seasonal caramel bruleè latte so much I could cry!! That was insane and yummy, and yep, now I'm crying....?
Melissa was amazing! She mentioned the puppichino for my dog Zailey since we just came from getting her shots. Top notch service and even greeted me as soon as I walked through the door!They are very quick with mobile orders too!
Usually I avoid going to this specific location because every single time I’ve gone here, the drinks always taste watered down. A year ago I got hot chocolate that literally tasted like 99% water and 1% chocolate. Awful. Today I got two strawb açaís and one tasted super watered down and the other tasted a bit different?? Weird stuff. Never had this problem at any other location.
Every time I ask for an iced drink, they make it hot. Every. Single. Time. It was wrong again today and the barista didn’t offer to replace it. It’s so frustrating to ask for a new drink every time. Tired of wasting the money.
After my shift at work, I went to the drive through to get a treat for myself. I get to the order menu, was asked to hold (odd, there is no line, but ok). After about two minutes, she takes my order. I pull around as the one other car is leaving. I get to the window and wait, wait, wait. The girl is talking to somebody on the other side of the counter and laughing. Looks like a casual conversation. After about 5 minutes of nobody coming to the window, I leave. If you don't want my money, fine. I went to Chick fil a. This was at the Whitestone location.
Great selection of pastries! I’ve been getting the pumpkin cream cheese muffin lately and it goes so well with a salted caramel cold brew. Food is always consistent and the baristas are friendly and helpful.
The absolute rudest people working there. I come here almost everyday and they have officially lost my business. There are so many other Starbucks around that don’t treat you badly.
I’ve been to Starbucks all over the US and this store and the one on the other corner literally can’t follow directions. I have yet to have a drink made right at this location. Even airports can be more consistent. If you go make sure you watch them make it because they will do the opposite what you ask…
